I put on my powder and filled the room with nursery scents, diapered and snapped the crotch buttons up one by one of my onesie. I was anticipating the chance to make pushies with each word in this audio :) this was super encouraging and helped me with the headspace while getting ready!! Let’s just say this one works like a charm ;)
