As long as the files do not end in .7z, .z or .zip then yes. You can just slide the package files into your mods folder and they should appear within game. If they end in the other endings (.7z, .z or .zip), then you would have to extract the files using winrar or 7zip (these programs are the ones I am familiar with). For additional help with extracting files, please see the help post. :) I will update the Masterlist to show this post as well shortly.
