I got updates!

Turned out instead of "a stone" I contain "THE STONE" that's so large that it completely blocks common bile duct, fubars my digestion and makes my liver give me a sickly yellow hue.

Back on Wednesday (after a full 24hrs trapped in the ER, I got stories about that...) I had an endoscopic procedure to remove stones when this master stone was discovered. This changed treatment plan from stone removal to gallbladder removal. The stent they put in there has really helped me feel better though.

Since this was a big change the surgeon rightly waited for me to be awake and lucid before discussing this and yes, take the bastard out and yell at it. So, I was scheduled for Thursday to go back under. But I got bumped to today Friday because of emergencies and whatnot.

So, currently in my room waiting to get tube-based surgery via the mouth... no it's not fun it's just irritating.

When i wake up I should be stone and mostly gallbladder free.

Follow up 2 months later, but hopefully I can do things like "eat food" without horrible consequences.

Thanks to alternate rat for letting you guys know by the way. This sort of snowballed from Tuesday till now.
