St Andral's Church Preview

Right now I'm working on a map for St Andral's Church.
I've often said that I don't like that the book advises you to reuse the map for the Church of the Morning Lord in Barovia, since the village of Barovia is a much smaller settlement than Vallaki, and I always imagined that the propaganda machine of Vallaki would ensure their place of worship was very well funded, to better keep up the appearance of safety.
As such, this may be a little more like a small cathedral than a church (though I will probably provide a variant that switches the marble flooring for something more modest).
I don't usually post previews, but with the move happening this week, I'm not 100% sure I'll have this one ready on time for my weekly post. Hopefully it'll only be a couple of days late if it's late at all, but I figured it was best to keep you all informed!
If you like seeing previews of the maps I'm working on, please do let me know - I'd be more than happy to post them more frequently if folk actually want to see them!

Ahhh, OK! That sounds vaguely familiar, so I might've seen a map that combined the two locations at some point...

2022-02-16 16:10:54 +0000 UTCThe orphanage is the L-shaped building west of the church across the street from the edge of the cemetery. So you were totally right, it's a separate location. ;)

2022-02-16 15:03:15 +0000 UTCI actually thought the Orphanage was a separate location entirely - am I horrendously mistaken in that regard? I definitely planned to work on the Orphanage soon, but if it's adjoining the church, I may need to reassess a little...
