From Now On - NEW Book 2 chpt 1 pt 2

Thanks everyone that gave me constructive criticism for the last part. I'm much happier with this version and it would've been a flop without you! I took many shortcuts the first time and I made sure to take my time and rethink the whole scene. I feel it's more impactful and now sets up events that will recur later in the series.

From Now On - Book 2 chapter 1 rewrite

I took the day to think about the first part of the chapter involving Lily's mom, and gave the whole scene much consideration. I added a bit of backstory through dialogue and tried to make it feel more like an argument advancing to a fight.

I appreciate any more feedback to make this even better and more impactful.

I've gotten feedback on the latest chapter, and I'm taking the day to think about it. I took shortcuts that backfired drastically. I'm gonna rewrite the scene and mostly redraw it.

Starting off the second book! With more heartbreak... The part of Lily breaking into tears and screaming was in the script but I felt it was necessary for this emotional moment of Lily resorting to staying with her mother. Legit almost started tearing up when I began piecing the scene together in my head. It's not gonna be this sad for much longer

This book is Finally finished. I'm incredibly happy with this book, I first wrote this in November last year during my only semester at college. I left college and started doing things I actually wanted to do, and I'm incredibly happy making comics! Thank you all so much for supporting me and this massive project! I'm currently finalizing the manuscript for book 2 and will begin sketching in January!
