Today we went to the world renowned Shibuya, a must see destination for everyone who visits Japan!

We arrived in Tokyo and stayed in Akihabara, Tokyo's quintessential Otaku district. It was packed with stores selling all kinds of collectibles, mainly anime figures, books, manga, as well as various nerdy fashion accessories. We’ve arrived at OSAKA! This city has a different vibe than Kyoto. It feels less traditional.

You can’t go to Kyoto without taking time to visit the nearby city of Nara, famous for its deer. After a short train ride we arrived and were surrounded by various parks and shrines. There were so many more deer than we thought there could be! We even bought cookies specially made to feed them!

We arrived in Japan and our first stop was Kyoto, the former imperial capital. It is a city with a lot of history and iconic buildings.
We went to Nijo Castle, the Golden Pavilion, the International Manga Museum, Fushimi Inari and more! Even to Gion with Leena and put on Kimonos! Yes, there are shops with kimonos that can fit mutants, although they are not easy to find.
