Inspired by the Vault Meat Fallout fanart from back when FO4 came out I've done up a picture of my post-apopcalyptic bovine Penny in the Pip-Boy style.

I'll likely do a lot more of this because I'm a Fallout addict.

Ronson is a Border Terrier and Chief Administrator of the platform. At least as far as the mining operations are concerned.

Jaya is a pangolin and Assistant Administrator.

When Jaya was assigned as his Assistant Administrator, Ronson was indignant over their age gap, but over the first few months of operations he came to appreciate her competence and reliability.

Eagle-eyed readers may have noticed some details about this facility were revealed in a previous chapter.

 I'm really looking forward to sharing more with you guys. Everything up to this point has been prelude. From here on out I intend the comic to be a lot heavier on characters, you'll learn more about the world of The Sprawl, and the plot should begin moving at a faster pace as well.

I'm not sure this page reads clearly, but it's the escape pod from the orbital ring crashing to the surface of the moon.

"Moon?", you ask?  Yes, the world on which the comic so far takes place is a moon orbiting a blue gas giant. You see it in most of the space shots, and you can frequently see the gas giant dominating the sky.

Bit of a personal update with this page dump. This past month has been crazy in that I took on too much work for not enough pay and now I'm scrambling to finish the work knowing full well I'll be broke again the moment I get paid. 

Someone pointed me at a site where artists can auction off commission slots so I'm going to give that a try and see if it helps with my financial situation any. Otherwise I'm looking at a few possibilities for additional work.

Ok, I want to hear back from you guys. Regarding the Work-In-Progress and Concept Art bonuses, do you guys want me to continue posting potentially spoileriffic content, or would you rather I keep that to elements that have already been posted for the comic (ie: posting the rough versions of the pages that were posted that month and only concept art for already featured characters)?

This, of course, extends to other bonuses like pin-up art.

I wouldn't call myself a great cook or anything, but one of my favourite things is a hot, full breakfast and I think I've gotten pretty good at those.

Bacon, eggs, toast (or an English muffin in this case), and potatoes, with a nice cold glass of grapefruit juice.

Comic Changes + Print Edition Update

Hey everyone,

I've been crazy busy since I moved in February. I was contacted by a Spanish publisher seeking terms to license "The Sprawl" so that they can translate it and release it in Spain with both digital and print editions, with the door open for an English print run if I'm interested.

I still need to hammer out the details with the publisher, but this could very well be happening this year. I will keep all of you updated.

I'm spending a LOT of time writing and researching instead of drawing right now, but hopefully that won't last too long. I'm hunting for an agent to represent me in setting up publishing deals and all that fun business stuff that I am no good at. I've got a couple good leads and my submission letter is starting to shape up nicely, but even agents advertising that they're looking for comics and graphic novels don't seem to have submission guidelines with graphic novels and comics in mind so that'...

New Patron Tier+Reward

I've cleaned up all of the Patron tier descriptions and completely changed the $10 tier. Now, if you pledge $10 per page you can request a personal art piece each month.

You'll be elligible for this art piece once your full pledge for the month has been processed. Remember, the pledge tiers are per page, so pledging to the $10/page tier means you are pledging typically $40 for the month. That's why you're getting a full colour piece.
