Hello patrons! I am so so glad to be past the summer and headed towards Halloween season, cooling down in Arizona, and some pretty incredible adventure-and-artmaking trips just around the corner. Compared to last year, when I got a divorce after 19 years and lost my 2 main art collaborators/ best friends during a pretty psycho election and uncertain pandemic, this has actually been a breeze.

This was one of the best experiences in my years of shooting. A speakeasy called the White Rabbit reached out to Lauren, who was acting in an Alice In Wonderland related play, and she in turn brought Cheyanne and I into the project. This is all black and white disposable camera with additional cutting and taping on the actual negatives.

Claire is a multitalented artist, musician, stylist and makeup artist as well as a model whom I met recently in Ohio. The only reason I shot less w Claire than anyone else is she was pulling double duty doing makeup on Mary Mundermonster but I swear the next time I go to Ohio there's gonna be a full on extravaganza with her! If my "Top 9" Instagram and Etsy sales are to be believed, Sylvie Mix is now the most popular model I work with. Even though I only met her this year I was a fan of Sylvie and her art for a couple years and now that I can call her friend, mail her weird comics and get some of her amazing original prints back and have an ongoing creative collaboration is one of the best things for me personally to come out of 2020.
