Huge aquatic animal "GMO´ed" from earth whales. A good purpose for such a big lone animal is get tons of Fat. Fat is required in several recipes and you can always get it from earlier creatures, but if you really wanna be swimming in fat and oleo-chemicals...this guy will satisfy your needs. Its an early game tech that allows you to use your creatures aside of a bunch of meat, guts and bones. One example attached here is the Auog Powered generator. Your plant-fungus hybrid. Red level tech here. Bhoddos are important because their pseudo-chloroplasts contains protein structures never saw before. These structures are mainly used to get zymogens, a base ingredient for a complex alien enzymes compound in pink science. I will add more uses for that big guy with time, but i can say some creatures love eat that succulent GMO.

Ahhh Meat...aside from eat, you may love that alien steak because the amount of iron on it. Grow life in this planet is a slow process...The infrastructure is big, the time is long. Its the price you pay for not polluting the planet and get the resources you need in a self-sustainable way. To reduce the footprint, you may wanna research the growth hormone technology. Its a post-blue science tech and when made, can speed up the crops and farms pretty much. One of the first aquatic creatures are that oversized dumb invertebrates. You can still extract basic resources from them, such meat, brain, guts...But as all invertebrates in that planet, their blood are pretty much special. They use copper as a oxygen carrier instead of iron. Also they are a good alternative source of Vanabins, (where you can extract vanadium via atomizer). Their blood is also good for future research of anti-inflammatory substances that will help your animal production.

Well...not much "new", but we work under factorio limitations here. Anyway... The farms and crops only works now when you put the animals or plant the seeds on them. So they can grow, produce something or just breed. Empty farms and crops wont progress and still will consume energy.
Each farm/crop will have a number of "slots" (aka factorio called modules), to put the species. The more you fill these slots, faster the machine will work. Which makes sense...the chances of a Mukmoux...

Thats a huge class 3 fungus (blue science). A 11x11 cross breed between nitrossomonas and alien fungus that produces...himself. Its a GMO fungus, so you made it. This big 11x11 building is able to generate fish for mainly fish oil. Responsible for a nice renewable energy production in powerhouses and some small use in other creature food processing. Other uses of fish oil are being studied, i accept suggestions.

We finished this 7x7 KEY building in the Alien Life mod. Thats the building responsible to extract basic elements from complex compounds by molecular de-cohesion (unlocked in the tech with the same name). So.. if you for example, put blood on it, it will return Iron. If you put bones, maybe phosphate...and so on. With proper scale, you can have your base entirely on organic sources.
