I've started work on laying out the Atlas Elyden and am thinking about how I can layout the maps to make them easier to read - in other worse, where can I change the orientation of maps from portrait to landscape.
In most cases this can't be done as the shape of a nation dictates the way its presented on the page - you couldn't put a map of England or South America on a page in landscape orientation as it would lead to too much wasted space, it's only natural for such a map to be in po...

Here's an update on the progress of the Encyclopaedia Elyden.
I'll go out and say it - work is slow. It's also quite tedious and boring, and is normally something that you'd hire copy-editor to do, but I have neither the money nor the level of trust needed to let someone else close to my work, so have to do it myself.

I went through some of my posts from 2018 and there's all sorts of things, including maps, the first of (hopefully) many animal descriptions, and some other ephemera, as well as writing, background and encyclopaedia entries.
I got a lot of new patreons, particularly towards the end of the year, which has really given me a morale boost (please don't abandon me!) and the confidence needed to go into the challenges that await me in the coming year...
