The To-do List, part 153.

It's good to have a goal in life. Shoot for the stars, lil' bear!

A little white lie is excusable, if one's trying to prevent the creation of the Fourth Reich.

One advantage of a female protagonist: My male heroes would have had a much harder time pulling something like this off.

Wait, I was supposed to post the Price page first, THEN Here there be Dragons. Sorry, folks - I've been a lil' stressed lately, and the resulting brain-fog still hasn't entirely receded.

Karno's dating tips!

Finally, something useful from Karno's pen! I hear the dating scene these days is in anxious disarray, so let me just fix that little problem for you, good boys and girls!

It seems even the Mink has to take the bad with the good. Why can't folks be all good or all evil? These crazy mixed-up kids are so frustrating to deal with!

It seems we have a J. Edgar Hoover type problem, here.

It's a lot of work, coloring these pages. Give my evil minion, Mole, some props for the fine job he did! Compliments are a lot cheaper than actually paying him what he's worth.

I never quite know what to say when my protagonists get down to business. It's sex - and in my experience, sex is fun?

I still haven't been able to set aside time to draw more Cartoon History of Iceland, so you're still being served a random assortment of old and new strips. Hope you enjoy!

The To-do list, part 147.

I was intending to assemble and ship out the Patreon Perks in the week between my return from the trip with Traci to see her dad, and the Tucson Mob's yearly pilgrimage to BLFC in Reno. But car trouble extended our stay in Utah by 3 days, and now I just don't have the time to write up & print out my mass-letter. The Mob's convoying out painfully early tomorrow.

So I'll do some writing and drawing as time allows during the trip, and then assemble and mail the Perks and such once I...

A US Senator's work is never done...

In local news, me & Traci made it back to Tucson in a borrowed car, so now all I gotta do is catch up on the metric butt-ton of work that accumulated in my absence. Wish me luck and anti-stress medications.

Sunday Funnies.

Don't have access to the "Price" pages at the moment, so this Sunday gets a Golden Oldie. Enjoy!

Well, I tried.

So yesterday, Traci's sister Mindy took me to the local library to scan in my Mink pages. They had a nice, big scanner in the Makerspace, so I thought I was sorted.

But the software operating the scanner wouldn't open, so that was no good. Next, we tried the library's big printer. But the controls were so complex and counter-intuitive, it became a long, frustrating slog. The files finally obtained could not be downloaded to my thumb drive, for some inexplicable reason. So t...

Good news!

We heard from the Hyundai dealer this morning, and it seems the big hybrid battery is under warranty. YAY! We're not returning home bankrupt! I didn't know how stressed out I'd been, until I relaxed.

In other hopefully good news, I can get access to a scanner at Traci's sister Mindy's place. Maybe even to Photoshop? There's still lots of stuff to be worked out, but the big problem is solved, so the little ones feel like a doddle.

Road Trip Ruminations.

We made it to Logan, Utah, but not without the car again demanding we pull over and shut off the engine. Fortunately, we can usually re-start it immediately.

Anytoot, we crashed at Traci's parents' place overnight. Then this morning we drove to the Murdoch Hyundai dealership down the road. The engine again did a shut-down just as we were trying to coast into the maintenance bay. We told our tale of woe to a Hyundai person, who promised us they'd look into it, and had us shi...

Road Trip Blues.

Hiyas!

So me & the wife are driving to Logan, Utah, to see her dad before cancer finishes the job. But just outside Kingman, the car started complaining. "Check engine" light came on. So we stopped in Kingman, and had a mechanic check the code. Seems the engine and such are fine, but the computer regulating it is spazzing. Replacing the computer module is going to be very expensive.

We stayed overnight at the Arizona Inn. Now we're sitting in a library, waiting for the mech...
