The winning suggestion did indeed get illustrated - you'll see the start of THAT story next Sunday!

Yep, not a long or complex tale, but I kinda like it.

Soooo, what comes next for main Sunday story? More Teeka? The Wolfboy trilogy? Last Ship Out? Come to think of it, have I posted samples of that story before?

Or whatsisname, the young stallion that just can't keep his burgeoning dick out of any female that will stand still long enough? Guess I'll have to run some examples, get you good folks' votes.

.....And now I think on it, I ...

Sometimes, it amazes me - not just how many powerful machines are at the modern man's beck and call, but how few seem to realize what they have at their fingertips.

Today was the last day of Midgard, the Icelandic comics and assorted nerdity convention. I was on the Artist's panel, and generally enjoyed myself. But after helping mine host dis-assemble his booth and then unload it from his van to his offices, I was a bit tired. Went to bed in a good mood....

.....And then a stray neuron asked - "Hey! Have you posted the Sunday stuff on Patreon, yet? Seems I haven't. So here you go, and sorry for the delay.

Today's post has had to run a gauntlet to finally be posted. I'm in Iceland at the moment (story in my next massletter), where I have no scanner. But putting my crude social skills to use, I schmoozed my good host, Jean Posocco into scanning it for me.

Even so, it was not quite perfect. So I labored to download Photoshop Elements onto my laptop, so's I could clean up the pic before posting. After 3 tries, I finally succeeded. Whereupon I discovered I had a trial versio...

Yes, that's a reference to the Waco massacre. Although to be fair, as usual the BATFE created the mess, and then called in the FBI to eliminate the evidence and/or witnesses.

Ah what the heck, let's run the origin story. A tale from if not a better, at least a less uptight time.

The Fugitive's Guide to the Pop-up Cities.

Second sample for a possible new story to run here: "The Fugitive's guide to the Pop-Up Cities", pop-up cities being places where Makers, bakers, brewers, steam/cyberpunks, anarchists, and and assorted other folk who cannot get used to the taste of corporate dick congregate.

This story would be a vehicle for me to comment on current issues like extreme inequality, climate change and other things on my mind, via a near-future science-fiction type plot. I had already dra...

Sample 1: Himmelreich.

So here we go with samples of the assorted stories I might run next, here on Patreon. First up:

The flood of souls from people slaughtered in World War Two was straining heaven's ability to process them. So St. Peter got practical, and recruited assistants from the ranks of arriving souls: Experts in the efficient herding of people. Yes, the Nazis.

So when Gunnar,  the Last True Nazi, is finally slain, the lower bureaucracy of Heaven ...

No one lives forever! part 79.

For a gal who'd make a fairly ugly guy, Hündrat gets a lot of action. But Benny is a burly guy himself, and is old enough to know what he likes.

So anyway, that wraps up "No-one Lives Forever!". I'll be running some samples of what the next story might be in the next few days. But if none of the samples float your boat, don't hesitate to tell me what you'd prefer to see!

Aaaaaand that wraps it up. I'm thinking of running "Love Story", a short story featuring Kitten Kelly and Bull O'Brannon next. Unless I already have? I wish I was a better record-keeper, now that my memory is failing.

But anyhoohah, it's never too early to tell me what YOU would most like to see next. Karno panders to his payin' clients without a shred of shame!

Poor Migtau - having your bouncing butts suddenly replaced by Max Solomon's scowling visage must've been a boner-killer.

Max did not actually discover any evidence against Bin Saluman - Sandoval was quite thorough. So he just barges ahead as if he had, and the cabal assumes the famously smart guy must be right.
