No, this is not a photo from last night's US presidential debate... it's our rendered latex mask from the mold of the Salt Vampire! This will probably be our last update on this before we doing the paint, hair, and even costume. I think we'll do a full torso bust because why not. What else do we have to do with our time on this Earth?

Sorry for the lack of updates. We've all been busy with our own stuff etc, but slowly getting back to work. Rich and Jay shot a review today and some other stuff in the works, but LOOK! After three coats of liquid latex the salt vampire is alive again.... sort of... the final steps I might save for our upcoming documentary, but clearly the next steps are paint, hair, teeth. IT WILL LIVE AGAIN!!!!

Update on a mini-project!

So we bought the original mold that was used to make the famous "salt vampire" mask from Star Trek The Original Series episode The Man Trap. This was not the actual mask. Not sure if that even exists anymore, but this is I think a fiberglass head to mold the face. So naturally as a bunch of inbred reckless mid-western flyover dummies we're putting this priceless piece of film history to use. So i ordered Interceptor Force on DVD right after the episode was shot. A brand new DVD arrived on the day I had finished the edit. I figured it'd probably look pretty shitty too. 4x3 washed out... Was it really worth replacing EVERY clip...? BOY WAS I WRONG! Even upscaled from the window boxed version looks much better. And this is a crummy DVD!!!! Not even a Blu Ray!!! Anyone who has any love of the VHS format is insane. I like it when we find weird, old stuff, but this shit VHS looks like...

Hey everyone! We're currently working on a new Best of the Worst. It's a standard 3 movie episode and it features one of the unironically BEST movies we've ever done on the show! Maybe THE best movie. Everyone liked it except for Rich, who was incredibly creeped out and uncomfortable through the whole thing.
