While the Iray rendering engine is great and stuff, sometimes it's really hard to understand why it refuses to not produce grainy images, and I simply don't have enough patience to sit through five hours of image building just to see that nothing has changed. Anyway, spoiler alert: officer Tightpants appears at the end of 0.2 and won't play a significant part in the story at this point, but I already came up with dozens of sexy scenarios that could be provided by the «bad cop versus helpless prisoner» situation. You down? Of course you are.

Another new character! (And a short summary)

Why, hello there, handsome. This is Jose, your gardener. Yes, he's a latino and he's a gardener. I didn't want to pile on stereotypes, but I really needed a guy named Jose in this story and this was the only position open. Sorry.

Anyway, Jose is the kind of guy who knows very well what does «pity sex» mean. Will Blake lend a hand (and some other things) to a friend? That's up for you to decide.

This is for those of you who managed to get to the bottom of the previous post, here's a new character called Lucia. Can you remember where she was mentioned in the first version? Anyway, you're gonna be friends. Because she said so.

A small Q&A session about the story

While my computer is working on a new render, I have some time to answer some of the question I've encountered in other places, or reviews, or whatnot. I think it would be nice. I also would like to thank all of you for supporting me. Honestly, before setting up this page I was very anxious, thinking that whatever I'm making is garbage and nobody is gonna like it. But as long as there's at least one person besides me, who enjoys Shattered, it's all worth it.

Weekly Progress Post

Hello! Hope you're having a good weekend.

From now on every Sunday I'm gonna post a detailed progress report regarding the new versions. As we're currently approaching Shattered 0.2, I feel that we need to talk about what's going to happen next and what's the general tone of this update.

First, the numbers. Shattered 0.1 included ~3500 lines of dialogue, while Shattered 0.2 is going to have around 70% more, 6000 lines might not look impressive, but that's almost 70000 words in tot...
