Curious Customer

I deliver pizza part-time at a pizza place. Today I took an order to a "Mia Wallace." lol...she didn't look like Uma Thurman though. She had flaming red long hair, was covered in tattoos, and was sporting a serious lip job.

June Movies

What movies are ya'll looking forward to in June? For me, the only one I'm really aware of and excited for, is Crimes of The Future by Cronenberg. What am I missing?

So, it's a tough thing trying to find a movie theater that will play a Gaspar Noe film around me ever...but I think I might get a one-night only chance for it in a couple weeks. Not set in stone, but here's to hoping. Have any of you seen it? Or...are any of you planning to see it in theaters? Is it showing anywhere near you?

I've been preparing to see the the new film, Men, by checking out the works of Alex Garland thus far. Working on a review for Ex Machina, which I really enjoyed. Next I'm onto Annihilation, which I have yet to see. How do you feel specifically about Ex Machina?

THE BATMAN vs. THE DARK KNIGHT

I watched The Batman again, and I gotta say....it's still flawed as hell, but I really like it. Artistically it is the closest a live action Batman has gotten, to matching my ideal version. I think overall, I prefer it to The Dark Knight, which I'm sure is a controversial opinion to some. They both have their strengths and weaknesses. What do you guys think? All a matter of opinion of course.

lol....that moment where you find out your fourth grade crush has just gotten out of prison after eight years of incarceration for some shady shit, and he now looks unrecognizable as a bad Post-Malone knock-off. Two teardrop tattoos under the right eye perhaps is the concerning difference between them. This really only confirms that since day one....I've really known how to pick em. XD ><

Tomorrow of course, is a memorable date for multiple reasons, including the 23rd anniversary of the Columbine school shootings. I'm the resident expert on the whole event around these parts. I've been looking into it on and off for almost 10 years at this point. Personally I find this particular case unique compared to many others. The Worst Person In The World

I am literally mere minutes from finishing the film. So I have a lot of things to process. Many people have wanted me to review this one, and I was never sure why. I'm still uncertain why. It had a lot of touching moments in it that I can certainly relate to, that certainly affect me emotionally, and yet I feel like I haven't really arrived at anything. Classic Review for April

I'm going to review Ferris Bueller's Day Off soon, a film that I've always been meaning to get around to in the spring, since it's fitting. Hadn't watched it in a while. What are your opinions on Ferris Bueller as a character, especially in terms of function? I have my own opinions there. I do think that in a remake, Timothee Chalamet would be a great casting choice.
