1.14 General release this week!

Hey guys!  We've been fixing some bugs, and working on content this week.  As promised last week, we'll drop the general release a few days early this time, on Christmas Eve.

FA 1.14 is in Early Access!

Hey guys!  Yesterday we pushed out the Early Access version of 1.14 to Analysts+.  We'll improve it over the next couple of weeks based on bug reports and feedback.

There's normally a 14-day delay between Early Access and general releases, but I don't think the Analysts will mind if we shorten that by a couple days so you can have it before Christmas.

(1.14 week 9) Bar shift scene is done! 🥳 🥳 🥳

This was a tough scene to write. But it’s done! I finished it yesterday.

It’s not an exact measure, but all the Bangkok story content in 1.13 ran to about 8000 lines of code. The new story content for 1.14 is around 11,000 lines of code, so it should feel bigger. And there are two quests instead of one, so it should feel sexier.

(1.14 week 8) Bar shift scene is 80% done

Hey guys! I didn’t get the bar shift scene done this week, like I’d hoped; but it is about 80% done. It’ll be finished next week.

The reason it's taking time is simply that the scene is long. In terms of story code length, 1.14 is now bigger than 1.13, and there’s still more to add.

Hey guys! This week I did moar writing. Last week I reported that the code was about 13% as big as the last update; this week it’s up to 29% of the size.

Female Agent is basically built around its sex (& nude) scenes, but I believe that these scenes are made hotter and more interesting by the setup scenes between them. (For example: the Max sex scene would be much less hot if it didn’t have the dinner date scene first.)

Hey guys! I had a good week writing and coding 1.14. Two scenes are now playable in the engine; comparing code, so far it’s currently about 13% as big as the last update.

As previously documented: each of the last two versions had to be restarted part-way through the writing, because the sex scenes just weren’t landing during testing. That caused delays. So this time, I spent longer at the start on story planning (for both this and the following update).

Hey guys! This week we released the Early Access version of Female Agent 1.13. The feedback has generally been very positive, so I’m excited for the general release on Tue 28 Sep.

We’ll be polishing and improving it in the meantime. So far we’ve fixed some bugs reported by users, and we’ve added a cool new feature: the avatar’s hair and skin now gets wet in shower/pool scenes.

Hey guys! This time last week I was part way through editing and improving the main scene in 1.13. I finished this a few days later, on Wednesday evening.

I was hoping to completely finish converting the 1.13 storyboard into working game scenes. As it is, it’s about 95% complete.

Hey guys!  My current task is turning the 1.13 storyboard slides into working game scenes.  At the end of last week, 12% was completed.  This week, it's 65% complete, so this was a good, solid week of production.
