Dear lovely lovely Patrons,

May I present to you one of my most favourite "things" I will probably ever make. 

This is the collaboration EP "Hymns & Hollows", created by myself and Kat Downs.

We spent a week creating this and now it is FINISHED. I am so fucking proud of this record, it's gone beyond what I ever thought was possible in such a short amount of time.

It's day 5 of the HYMNS & HOLLOWS project. 

Downsie (the nickname is "growing" on her) aka Kat Downs has flown her American ass over to Brighton for 8 days for the two of us to write, record, produce AND release an EP. 

We are sitting side by side most of the day, either on laptops or pianos, writing, bonding and making some beautiful art for you to enjoy.

So far we've written and arranged 5 songs:

Hi guys

Just wanted to give you a quick update - I'm currently under two duvets working from my laptop with a chest infection and feeling really, really grim. I've just spoken to Simon and apparently he had the same thing last week so you've him to blame! Thanks Simon ;) 

Anyway, I planned on finishing the rest of my Patreon work yesterday/today but despite some diet coke fuelled accordion playing and some poor attempts at mixing I've got to stop and give up for today...

Dear Patrons,

This month of June has gone by in a flash. I'm still tired, raw, going up and down like a yo-yo, and basically adjusting to life as it comes. I've pretty much levelled out on my new medication (Lithium) and it appears to be working... so far so good. It's a relief to be sleeping again for the most part and being able to function "normally".

I hope all of you are doing ok and life is treating you well. I know a lot of you struggle with your own issues, so being able to reach...
