Hey y'all!
I'm on the fence with the current name of the mega generator: Genetron, because it does suggest something to do with genes, when in reality there is nothing relating to genes in this mod.
The idea came from me merging the word Generator and Tron, which in polish means Throne, which creates a word that to me at least suggested the Throne of all Generators.

The consequences of not doing so are very severe...
A dev blog is in the works that will explain how the generator works, what different paths you can take when it comes to upgrading it, and how it will allow you to power the entire colony without reliance on any other power generation... but is creating a single point of failure a wise idea?

Hello everyone and welcome to a new roadmap post!
Sorry we skipped one last month. There's no other reason we did other than I was busy. I recently moved to a new house and I was sorting everything out, so I didn't know what the release schedule would look like.

Hey everyone and welcome to a little announcement post.
As you know, I'm a somewhat creative individual, which often means I have dozens of ideas rattling around in my head. Some of these ideas end up as part of bigger mods, such as Vanilla Factions Expanded series (warcaskets!), however oftentimes the idea is too minor or doesn't fit into any faction mod.

Hey guys! We have just released a major content update to Vanilla Factions Expanded - Insectoids 2. Our aim is to add some quality of life features that were requested by the community, as well as add some exciting new content that was also asked for - including hive doors!

As you know, we've been hard at work on a new update for Vanilla Factions Expanded - Insectoids 2. Unofficially labelled as Insectoids 2.1, this update is out farewell for time being to the Insectoids theme, as we focus on Medieval.
I think Insectoids 2 came out great, and this final bunch of content should round it up nicely. Of course, I have some ideas for the future expansions of that mod, but for now that will be all you get when it comes to the pesky bugs.

Hey folks! I've been slowly chipping away at a content update for Insectoids 2. In it, you will be able to fight and procure a new geneline, led by a primarch (or patriarch, still deciding on a name). It's essentially the primary male for all Empresses, an ultimate 'boy' so to speak.

After a long wait we are proud to present a fruit of our hard work. Vanilla Factions Expanded - Insectoids 2 is the sequel one of our first Vanilla Factions Expanded modules.
While building on the original, our intent was to streamline the content and provide more insectoid-themes mechanics and elements while removing unnecessary bloat that didn't entirely make sense for the mod.

Hey all!
I'm designing some stuff for Megacorps mod. In order to do a good job, I need to know what wealth levels your colonies are, and what have you achieved in them.
I'd like you to go and check your running colony, go into the History tab to see the overall wealth (total, pawns + buildings) of your colony, and then select that option here.
