- I have secured 2 interviews for the Oregon Trail episode. I'll be traveling up to Minnesota the 1st week of June to film them. This episode won't be done until the end of the year probably.
- I've started research for an episode on Link's Awakening. This is one of my favorite Zelda games and I think it will be a perfect topic since Nintendo is remaking the game!

Hope you enjoy, and...on to the next!
2019-03-19 21:53:27 +0000 UTC View PostHello everyone!
For the past 2 weeks, I've been away. I attended the SoCal Retro Gaming Expo and had a blast! After that, I hopped on the plane to Michigan to visit my grandma. She just had back surgery so I stayed with her for a week to help in her recovery.
But now I'm back home and working on videos again! The next episode will be Sonic's Secret Genesis Games. I've done two of these kinds of videos before with Mario. Basically, I find all the games on the Genes...
2019-03-08 19:36:45 +0000 UTC View PostThis episode was much more difficult to make than I realized, but I like how it turned out. The Deck Enhancer only works on an original NES, so I had to capture gameplay footage old school style! Really took me back to the glory days of 2009.
Anyways, hope you enjoy and let me know what you think!

2018-11-29 00:17:12 +0000 UTC View PostHello everyone,
Inspired by the band "Disturbed", my body decided to get 'down with sickness.' While editing the Punch-Out video Friday night, I was struck with the chills. I quickly had a fever, and I have been in bed ever since. Not really sure what is going on, so I'll be going to the doctor tomorrow.
Unfortunately, this means I can't give you guys a preview of Punch-Out just yet. It will have to wait until after the holiday week. I'm going to see family so I'll be away from edi...

Apologies for missing last weeks post! I've been grinding away at this episode. I thought I would share something new: A custom animation! We worked with Studio Goblin to create this awesome animation for the video.
I hope to have a rough edit of the Punch-Out episode done by Sunday and available to watch on Patreon.
After that, it's Thanksgiving week! Once the holidays are over, I'll clean up the edit and send it to YouTube.
Thanks...

Also, here is an illustration from the talented jetpackbraggin, who will be providing a few scenes for this video.

This was originally a "Today in Video Game History" video on Facebook. We took the script, expanded on it, and recorded all new narration,
new editing, music, and more!
This episode is also sponsored by Audible. I've used Audible for a few years now, so it was a no-brainer for me when they offered to sponsor an episode. Sponsored videos also take tremendous pressure off of us when working on longer-form episodes.

At the beginning of the year, my hope was to make more episodes. But as the year has progressed, I'm feeling a little different. I'm really just more interested in challenging myself and making more engaging, long-form content.
Looking at YouTube analytics, it seems as though viewers feel the same way. Consistently, the top ranked videos are always long form videos. Tetris, ROB ...
