This is a fully redesigned Y axis setup.
I have made a wheel version of it, but the rail setup is the perfected one.
This will allow any nema 17 motor up to 48mm long on the Y axis.
The rail model was designed so that the belt is parallel to itself and perfectly flat for better precision, as the slightly triangular shape of the belt Amy not have a perfectly linear movement reducing precision.

Fully redesigned motor mount on ender3pro/v2 for up to 4248 motor (and smaller)

I had a couple people with binding issue with the previous model so I created a slit model that interlocks loosely just to help with installation. Playing it safe.
To which I also added an ADXL mount by request (15mm spacing screw point), so should work with most generic ADXL and likely the BTT usb adxl v2
Had another request to make it back a single piece version of it with the adxl, so I also added an extra 0.1mm tolerance to possibly take care of the binding issue on some set...

Dual Linear rail setup
This will work without the Y tensioner or big motor
BUT you will lose some Y move without the Y tensioner.
BIG motor upgrade is 100% optional, stock setup should work fine, just need to relocated the endstop, file is included
HOWEVER the belt grabber is questionable, may work or may still need some work, and only through your testing can it be finalized fully (I do not have an ender3v1 to test this)

This uses a 3 wire brushless motor meant for micro drones, so does complicate things a bit, but will simplify it all down for you.
Weight about 22~23grams (including screws), so about the same as a 5015
There is a small downside this is not as quiet as a 5015, even at similar air flow. but does allow a LOT more air than a 5015 6K rpm ( like gdstime), like 4~5times more, and symetrical setup

In case any of you have a Sovol SV06, here is preliminary direct support for it
I don't have one so this should be considered a prototype
This is meant to be used with the linear rail model of the Apollo with the universal main body

Will likely work on many non ender3 printer as well, as most bed slinger share that X axis setup.
The linear rail required an updated block to relocate the endstop but the wheels setup didn't, so had not made one.
But then you'd be missing on a few goodies. you can now use accessories that mounts to the left side of the block like this: (they are in the Apollo zip file, but will include them here)

I don't know how many of you have a fokoos Odin5 f3, I'm guessing not many, but here is a Smart Orbiter v3 mount for it, as that what I tested this on.
I'll be making on a request basis (so do let me know), otherwise this is low on the to do list:

In the 3d printing forums I've hear multiple times that toothed idler are better than the smooth counterpart, and that idea seems to hold up logically. So here are the printed parts for that upgrade. wether you have rails or wheels on Y. And the ender3 with a 4020 extrusion profile has not been forgotten, but is untested.

Tested and working.
The ender3 wasn't getting as much love, but that's over, here is a dedicated mod for the ender3 (not the 3pro or 3v2, but 3 "v1") which has a different smaller Y extrusion, a 4020 instead of 4040 found on the 3pro/3v2, and required a tricky setup.
for the ender3pro/3v2, 4040 extrusion I need to rework it, but it is fully functional (you'll find it in the Apollo zip, this is also included in the Apollo zip, under the "Printer mods" folder)

Single piece easy print, the old one isn't bad in anyway, but I think this is a bit easier to install, plus looks better. If you are coming from my old design, same M5, nothing new. but no reason to upgrade from my old design, unless you just feel like it.
- (8) Eight M3x6 for the linear rail carriage
- (4) four M5x12 For the bed mount (those are not the same as stock screws, reason for shorter screws is to keep as much Z, longer screws will hit the rail)

This is a humane mouse trap for catch and release, so as to not hurt the mouse and allow relocation.
Mouse was just for fun so included it anyway.

For anyone not on discord this has been a concept made by SiFire, which was inspired by the klack ender by kevinakasam. I then redesigned some parts and improved some others, so no print support needed.
The wheel model is not yet tested, feel free to test and report. But would likely work
you need to reach about X 248~249mm, you might need to tweak your [stepper_x] in klipper (just make sure you can physically reach it)
