Speedster (v6+Orbiter2/sherpa+CRtouch+dual 5015) + ender on wheels

Codename "SPEEDSTER"

STL + STEP in the zip

By request, this is built around the Klemco v6 groove mount (get it on amazon)

Ducts are repurposed Apollo ducts, chopped down.
It's rudimentary, just a quick built, no cable management, besides a 2mm rod option as a cable strain.

Should work with V6 type hotend (revo 6, dragon, dragonfly BMO with their groove mount)

Front fan can be...

Just wondering if there is any interest in dual 4010 instead of 5015
If so let me know
(and if you want to try it ASAP, possibly buggy, let me know your hotend+extruder setup)

Accidentally has a very retro look, so needed retro colors ;)

Replacement cover & mount for BIGTREETECH Smart Filament Sensor

After two fail print (was playing with very low filament flow for support, didn't work, but also means it was printing in mid air for hours), so was great motivation to get that setup.

This will mount on the chain setup, as pictured.

But the spacing of the mounting holes is the same as the extrusion (20mm), so can also mounted on the metal frame using t-nuts, for instance at the very top of the printer frame or anywhere you see fit.

This is the exact model I have:

Ender6 - Apollo - Dragon ST/HF

This is very experimental, so be ready to come across issues. (which we can then fix)

There are cutouts for belts, and for the X endstop.

The backplate is standard Apollo (so if you want something other than orbiter 2, get it from the main apollo zip ).
But the main body (here dedicated for dragon ST/HF) and ducts are modded specifically for the ender6

I should be able to ad...

Tiny underside cap

Have you ever cut your finger, or splice some wire there, well I come to the rescue! (ok neither of which happened to me, but always kinda bothered me how sharp it was)

Well not much else about it, beside being a snap in place.
Print in PETG preferably (or anything that doesn't snap and break easily) , as it needs to bend tiny bit to install it, and PLA might snap in half (but feel free to try, chances are it will still work fine.)

cheers!

Open Air case for E3 boards + IDEX board + 80mm fan

The mount was meant for BTT E3RRF + IDEX
BTT E3RRF board has the same mounting point as any E3 board format (stock creality and all E3 iteration for BTT and other vendors , like SKR E3 v1v2v3, etc..)

if you need to bolt it down, just make some holes with the files.

Take this idea and make it for your own boards if you wish

X endstop for front facing linear rail setups

Also added a bunch of additional mounting point for accessories and such because why not! never know when these can come in handy.

Besides the 4 stock motor mounting screw holes, the other mounting holes are as usual meant for heat inserts M3, 4mm long, 4.6mm or 5mm OD.

As for the sensor use M3x6

To play on the safe side would avoid PLA as the long screws might carry the heat of the motor. If you do PLA keep a close eye on it

ADXL345 (generic) Y axis potential solution

Just an idea, open to any suggestions.

Secure the adxl to this with M3x4 screws, place the screws and put a little pressure as you screw in until the screw grabs the plastic, then you'll be able to get it tight.
edit: added a version with threaded screw holes, should make it easier to screw them (edit:tweaked the threaded one)

And then tape down the whole thing to the bed with any type of removable tape, like painters tape or kapton tape.

Y dual linear rail mount - ender3pro/v2/Max - MGN12H

Update: installed on my machine and it works great!
(I uploaded new alignment tools as the top mounted rail model were too long for this.)

Stock Y endstop switch can stay in place (at least on ender3v2), and should activate at roughly the same Y position as stock setup.

may not work on ender3 v1 (due to the slimmer Y extrusion profile)

  • use 300mm rail (320 might work too)
  • Due to the linear rail interference you will need M5...

Small box for bolts, nuts, etc... (STL/STEP)

I needed something asap, so it's nothing fancy, and not extensively tested.
Not sure if there is any interest for this, but decided to post it anyway.

my only requirements were that it snapped shut, easy enough to reopen and screws didn't jump compartments when closed. If full and you shake it violently upside down without holding the lid or falls it will very likely open. So if you want something that doesn't open when falling, this is not it.

Walls are 1.2mm, so roughly 3 li...

Just a bunch of Klipper related resource & info

This will keep being updated. Mostly links.
If you find anything interesting feel free to post in the comment below.

To locate Raspberry Pi in stock: https://rpilocator.com

The Basics:

E motor (42-40) on Y axis (ender3v2, maybe pro?) STL+STEP

Might work on other printers, not sure of their setup

The Stock extruder motor (42-40) has a bit more torque than the Y stock (42-32) so if you ever experienced Y skips this will help, otherwise not really a needed upgrade.

The stock Y mount won't work with a larger motor as it will hit the bed frame, so needed a slimmer one.
The pulley will need to be installed the other way around, teeth closer to the motor.

On stock printer board you will need to up...

klipper will work on all board, even stock, you just need a Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi or similar and connected via USB or via 3 GPIO pins (using UART)

WHAT IS SCREWS_TILT_ADJUST ? you ask

It allows to use the probe to level the bed by probing above each bed leveling screw, and it will tell you how many turns are needed to get your bed level. No more paper trick for leveling.

Larger (40mm Diameter) X/Y tension wheel - ender3v2

Those stock tension wheels can be annoyingly small (approximately 18mm diameter), so here is a larger variant that will still fit under the moving bed on a ender3v2

You can either use a M4 6mmOD 10mm long heat inserts, or extract the one from the original tension wheel with a soldering iron which has those same dimensions.

Easiest way I found to extract heat inserts if you don't have a tool dedicated for it,...
