More excerpts from one of my favourite forms of artistic exercise... It's very hard to get human figures "right"... but after you get the hang of it, it's also hard to make them look "wrong".

Today I just took two pens and a few sheets of paper, and had a long, cozy sketching session at a local cafe. Drawing people from a few glimpses snapped up as they are moving, walking, is a great challenge. Observing real life really "opens up" one's skills for surreal and fantastic drawings later on...
