The thing that I'm most passionate about is helping people solve problems and enjoy FPV. One-on-one sessions are the most rewarding way of doing that.
Recently, I posted a new Patreon tier that has a 1-on-1 session as a reward, and I think it may have given the wrong impression. The new tier has a high dollar amount attached to it because I want to discourage people from demanding that I drop everything right now and help them (and yeah, this does happen). Instead of saying, "No, I ref...

I want to let all of you know that I have added a new Patreon tier with a reward of 1 hour of 1-on-1 call with me. Some of you might be a little surprised to see the price is $200. Here's the description of this tier for more info.
---
I have always helped almost everybody I can without asking for payment. But the one place I usually draw the line is doing one-on-one calls. I like helping people one-on-one, but I think the way I can help the most people is to put my energy i...

Lots of Patrons haven't joined up to the Discord server. That's cool if that's not what you're into, but I don't want you to miss out on anything. For example, after the livestream tomorrow (ends at 3 PM Eastern time) I will be hanging out in the patron voice chat channel doing a private Q&A (or just chatting) with Patrons.
If you want to join the discord server, here's the invite link: https://discord.gg/WjRxtuW&nbs...

I asked Le Drib and Zoe FPV to fly the DJI goggles analog mod in the Freeflight Systems warehouse to see if there is too much latency. The answer: the latency is there, but maybe it's still worth doing the mod. Check out this video to find out more (and to see some sick indoor 1S freestyle).

Deciding which 3D printer to buy is hard. That's why I'm getting help from an expert! Brent Collier of BMC3D will be my guest on Sunday's livestream (October 27). I'll ask him what things to look for in a 3D printer; where the sweet spot is for price vs. performance; and we'll look at specific 3D printers and talk about why one is better than the other.
The stream begins at 1 PM Eastern time. Here's the link: 2019-10-26 14:38:12 +0000 UTC

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING ME!!! In the past, I might have thought about selling this stuff to try to make ends meet, but you guys are incredibly generous and that's why this stuff goes into the "giveaway" pile instead.
October giveaway items are:
1. XLite Pro, new in box
2. Eachine EV200D, new in box
3. Hyperlow Vert Free V2 complete build. This is a flown and crashed quad and I always hate giving away stuff in less-than-perfect condition so I'm including a set of JB240...

Drew got to fly my Beast Class this weekend. I think it's pretty fun how no matter what quad a pilot is flying, it still kind of looks like them flying it. Gives you some thoughts as you struggle to find the perfect quad, the perfect PIDs, the perfect rates. Meanwhile Drew picks up my transmitter on a Beast Class quad and just rips it.

You guys get an early look at this video before it goes live to the public. Enjoy!
PS: This is a vlog so it is just slightly more adult than my typical content. Just slightly but fair warning.

Honestly, this is the first time I've felt like this quad was actually flying "right". Looking very much forward to PID tuning and continuing to improve it.
