Quick update! Brief hiatus!

So the majority of you are already in my Discord community and know this but just in case anyone missed it: I have been injured! ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ

It's nothing serious; I overworked myself at the gym basically and now I have a moderately severe muscle spasm. It essentially has put me on bedrest for at least a week or so, so I wanted to make everyone aware of why I will be a little quiet. ;w;

Rough sketch of a doodle starring my baby Mal! She's just hangin' out with some birds, which is largely what she associates with in terms of her design; her updated Spirit design is largely inspired by owls, horses, and takes influence from No Face and The Forest Spirit from Ghibli films.

The big unveiling (sort of)! After I mentioned King Boo had a successor a lot of folk, specifically on tumblr, made a shit ton of guesses and I'm very surprised no one actually guessed right, even when I sort-of gave the answer ages ago.

Mal "Spirit" form concept

Have some concept art for Feathers and Flowers! This time it's of Mal's "Spirit" form, or the big creature shape she's able to take at will.

This design was probably the one I had the most trouble with throughout the two short years of working on this project. First Meeting (WIP)

Feathers and Flowers: concept dump

1) The concept design for two side characters in the story. The short boy is Gray Lowell, and the tall girl is Li Summers! Gray is prickly, defensive, and slow to warming up to people. He keeps everyone at a distance and prefers to be alone, which is the inspiration behind his last name, which apparently means "young wolf" But a lone wolf is still exactly that: Alone.
