What up, mini family?! This week has been a long week of editing video. I edited an episode of the podcast, so now we have 3 under wraps before we even go live! It's helpful to build up a little bit of a cache of videos so we're not scrambling to shoot and edit things. This episode will be about the question "is airbrushing cheating?" I think 9/10 people would say no to that question, but the episode explores the larger question behind using the right tool for the job, etc.

What up, mini family?!

This past week has been a lot of fun and a lot of work. Firstly, I worked on and finished a video for a Kickstarter run by a company called Krakenships. It's a company that makes models for D&D. They sent along a forest guardian miniature for me to paint. 

I've been trying to think about how I can get ahead of my video schedule apart from just working more....

A new patreon reward

I'm thinking about adding a reward that goes something like this: "Once a month, one of my Friday videos will be a patreon suggested one which will be about a topic that you guys pick for me and vote on each month. I'll take 4-5 of the suggestions and toss a poll on my patreon."

I like this, because it gives me a regular opportunity to have a video free of sponsors that I can shout patrons out on, and also I can just not worry about whether or not "it'll work well on youtube" because ...

As most of you probably know already, I spent most of the 2nd half of last week and monday this week finishing up my Tau commission and creating the video for it. I also created an extended version of the video that includes more painting video that will publish tomorrow at 12PM CST for everyone to watch, so stay tuned for that!

Skill Share reached out to me to do a sponsorship but had this really fast timeline, so I had to forgo releasing the zenithal undercoat one for this one. I had originally thought to put the adspot in the zenithal video, but it kind of killed the flow of that video which I worked really hard to maintain, so I quick made this one and it works better.
