A cascade of road closures along the M-4 Highway from Rostov-on-Don to Moscow. One area was part of ongoing road work, but checkpoints and closures were expanded. Others are new, with the one south of Moscow appearing in the last 30 minutes.

This is not the actions of a government who believes nothing is or will happen.

Russian state media recently published a video of an "alarming" situation in Hola Prystan, Russian-occupied Kherson. Given the time from the flash to the sound of the explosion, the reporter is approximately 1.25 to 1.75 kilometers away from the incoming rounds.

It is unclear what Russian forces are shooting at if anything.
