I've seen some shocking things spread by news organizations that should know better but here we are.
Al Jazeera ran a story claiming that Smallpox, infecting 50ish people had been confirmed in the Gaza Strip. Their source was a since deleted tweet (xeet, X whatever) from UNWRA - the U.N. mission in Palestine.
