I'm super surprised that going into season six of this insane show, there is still stuff that surprises me.
Okay, so first off, Debbie is still so much a child. Especially in her reaction to being pregnant and how she deals with it. There is zero chance she's going to do a good job with this baby. The second she tells Derek, he's immediately zoning out. Are we at all surprised that he's ghosting her? (Was this before ghosting was a thing?)
And Mickey is in jail for 15 years for th...

I think maybe a camping trip might have been asking too much for the first time you've seen your kids in a while. It's so remote. I love camping. But I don't think I'd like to do it with people I don't know very well, or haven't seen in a while.
Um, excuse me, why is Jamarcus lighting people's hair on fire? We never got any kind of explanation for it, I don't think. But I do like Tami trying to tell Eric that there is zero reason to loop him in on this discussion. It has nothing to do w...

Hello, hello. Happy Thursday.
I just want to remind you guys that while I'm reading all your comments, I'm not actively engaging in the comment section right now. And I feel fairly guilty about it. But responding to all those comments takes so much time and I'm trying to pre-record everything for when we're away (July 20-27). I want to make sure everything continues to go up as scheduled.
But I promise I am reading them. I'll often reference them during the actual reactions, so y...

Why does this show confuse me so much?! is it because I'm only watching it once a week? Or is it because it's confusing? Or is it because I'm just me? Sigh.
Will is getting worse. First, he started losing his memory, and then the shadow, spider monster inside him essentially possessed him and caused him to lie and send people to their deaths.
Nancy and Jonathan, working with Murray, make copies of the tape Nancy recorded of the lab admitting to a bunch of stuff. Then they sent co...

I have no idea how this show manages to reduce me to a blubbering mess every episode. Sure, if something is going on with our friends, but now I'm even crying for characters I don't know. How do they do that?
I'll admit. I was a little skeptical about Maddie going back to the place she killed Doug and that somehow giving her closure, but it worked for her and that's all that mattered. Also, I'm a big fan of, I don't care what works, as long as it helps you feel better, so this is kind o...

I really, really needed a good Jamie and Claire episode. It had been a rough morning. And I got the best I could have asked for.
So, Auntie decides to leave River Run to Jamie (without telling him first). And he immediately wants to make a bunch of changes. Well really, he just wants to figure out how to free the 150+ slaves that she's keeping on the property.
However, I love that Claire is so adamant about not being able to own people. And I love that Jamie agrees with her. Espec...

Did we have any indication, at all, that Summer Glau's character was working with Slade? To me this came out of nowhere. Did I miss something? And now she's got total control? This is crazy! I don't have any idea how business takeover works, but seemed to happen way too quickly. And what does this mean for the rest of the Queen family? Are they broke? Are they still shareholders? I'm so confused!
Anyway, she tells Oliver where Thea is and the gang rolls up, but Thea is gone and they cal...

I was tricked so many times in this episode! It felt like the episode with all the dreams and I couldn't figure out what was real and what wasn't.
That said, I had no idea if this wedding was actually going to take place for the entire episode. (And that includes AFTER Lindsay ran out of the church, because I didn't know if it was real!)
Am I the only one who had no idea that Peyton drove a Comet? I never even thought about it. In my mind her car is just a black convertible, so I...

OMG. I think this was the best episode so far. So many things are happening right now, and they are all amazing.
Clarke really needs to find Luna, because Ontari is awful and needs to be stopped. However, I do not understand why the rest of the ambassadors are just going along with Murphy being the (fake) Flamekeeper. Do they think Titus passed it along to him right before he died just because he was there? Did I miss something?
Bellamy letting Octavia beat the hell out of him was...

I think we're moving closer to a Ben and Felicity breakup. We've got 5 more episodes to this season and I think by that time, they'll be finished. Do I think she'll end up back with Noel? I have no idea. But I don't think it's out of the question.
At least the blackout means I don't need to fully watch Sean documentary. Those are my least favorite episodes. I have no idea if they are popular and if people like them, but I certainly don't.
Avery knows exactly what she is doing. And...

As usual, I could have done without the Frank and Bianca plot. There wasn't anything wrong with it, but I was so much more interested in all the other plot lines.
But, I really, really could have done without that conversation between V and her mother. OMG. Was that not the cringiest, grossest convo ever?!? How can you listen to your mom talking about how good your husband is in bed? Ugh. Blech. At least Kevin got that STD test I recommended.
Fiona definitely needs to divorce her ...

I knew something was gonna be up with J.D.'s dad. But I don't get it. If he wants him to be on this team so badly, why is he spoiling it for him now that's he's actually made it. Also, it was kinda gross that he made J.D. tell Eric he got drunk last night. At least Eric seems to understand that his dad is an issue.
Ooh, I loved all the Matt and Julie scenes. I really, really hope they are back together. When they originally got together, she was reluctant because she wasn't into footba...

And that's it.
I had mixed opinions about the last five episodes, but I don't think that took away from how completely amazing and incredible this show was. How could I ever explain what an amazing, wild ride this show was?
Jimmy (Saul) making sure that Kim was in the courtroom when he finally confessed to all his crimes (after she told him to turn himself in) was beautiful.
And all the prisoners fawning over him because he was THE Saul Goodman; a thing a beauty.
But...

You know what's great about this show, how they are all a family, but still have their individual 'partners.' Like the 118, plus Athena, and Maddie all seem like family. But Bobby has Athena, and Buck as Eddie, and Hen has Chim, and Maddie has Chim too. It's hard to explain, but there's something so lovely about this group of people and how they interact with each other.
Anyway, Hen is cleared of all wrong doing, the issue was with a circuit box, not her. But, that doesn't stop her from...

Ugh. This episode was frustrating! We got so much happy Jamie and Claire, but you knew it was only a matter of time until something bad happened. And I hate that it's Jamie's big heart that ends up screwing them over. People suck.
Also, they end up helping a friend of a friend (know idea what the name of the guy who got hanged was) get away, after he escaped the noose. He seemed a little suspect, but nothing crazy.
In other news, Jamie and Claire decide to stay in America. Fergus ...

I'm not sure why I liked this episode, but I really did. It was super heavy on both current day Sara and Helena, and I don't love either of those characters, but they pulled it off for me.
Helena taking all those people hostage just so she could kill her father was super suspenseful. And both Oliver and Sara working to try to get Laurel out (and being frustrated with her that she refused to leave) was super intense. Also, I really need clarification as to why/how Laurel was just used as...

YES! Brooke! I'm so proud of you! I loved this moment so much. You earned my help? Fuck you, lady. (You haven't earned the respect of being called mom). This was one of the few positive things that happened in this episode.
In shitty land, Dan's out of prison. And I'm petrified about him scaring the daylight out of poor Jamie who is already terrified of him even while he thinks he's in prison. And he's all gross and disgusting. When he walked out of jail he didn't seem relieved, he seem...

Um, this is how we're deciding the new Commander? This bitch just kills all the other options in their sleep and declares herself? Fuck that.
Okay, so, can someone let me know if Titus was murdered or if he sacrificed himself. I went back and rewatched and I still can't tell. In the scene it looks like Roan stabs him, but just prior to that he says he can't kill him because they need him to pass on the flame. And right as it happens, Titus says, 'For Lexa,' which also make me think it w...

So, some exciting stuff coming up.
We're starting Outlander S4 and Shameless S6!
Also, we're done with Better Call Saul this week. I know none of you watched this, but it was incredible. I loved it so much. That said, I'll be taking Thursday off (I mean, not really, but nothing will be posted in it's place) and then The Vampire Diaries will start on Tuesday July 9th.
I know I've been absent in the comment lately, but I've been trying to get ahead so when we're away (July 20-...

Truth: I loved this episode. It was one of my favorites so far.
Also: Did too many drunk re-watches to think about figuring out awesome stuff to put here. I'm sorry.
I don't plan to do another drunk re-watch for at least a couple of weeks. I need a break.
Huzzah?
Edit from future Dana: This makes it sound like I watched this drunk. I didn't. I did, however, upload it on a day I did drunk re-watches. Lol.

I don't know how much I loved this episode. It wasn't bad per se, I was just way more interested in the Oliver and Slade storyline than whatever was going on with Diggle.
Plus, we had hardly any Felicity, and no Thea or Roy. Doesn't this show know what I gravitate towards?!?
It's not that I didn't like Diggle's and Deadshot's interactions, but it wasn't what I signed up for.
I didn't realize that Oliver was so close with Waller. I mean, I know they've met, but I didn't thin...

And yet again, we have ugly crying. I really thought that after I made it through Eddie's talk with Bobby I was gonna be home free. But nope. Hen had to go and crash into a car. She lost it and I lost it with her.
So, for most of this episode Hen was distracted at work, due to Karen being unable to move past her loss. Eventually, Chim tells her, he needs his partner back and it seems like things were heading in the right direction. She seemed fine and then all of a sudden, BAM. She slam...

Ha. John Grey for the win! I was hoping he would be able to get Jamie free, but I didn't really put a lot of stock in it.
Geillis captures Claire and interrogates her and why she's lying. Claire (and I) was confused, but eventually after some back and forth, Geillis believes her and sends her away. Why? Because she realized she has to go back through the stones to kill Brianna so we can finally get a Scottish king. Sounds convuluted to me, but I know Geillis whole heartedly believes thi...

You have got to be fucking kidding. I take back everything I said last episode about needing more drama.
First this bitch jumps naked into the shower with Nathan, then he refuses to get out, then she tells Haley that she and Nathan love each other, then she tells Jamie that she wishes he was her son and that she has to leave because Haley hates her. Then she fucking doubles down on the fact that she and Nathan are in love. She's fucking psychotic.
And Jamie is pissed at Haley for...

Pike is unhinged. We aren't on the Ark anymore. You can't sentence people to death for trying to save people! It's insane! Not to mention, all he needs to do to stop this blockade is to give himself up (which he should be willing to do if he cares about his people so much), but he won't.
I loved the prison fight as a distraction for Kane to capture Pike. However, since Kane actually seems to care about the safety of his people, he's unwilling to run over a bunch of people in order to ge...

I probably should not have been so happy that Sammi was killed off, but I am. That bitch had to go. Kind of like Debbie and Mickey as a team, but that might just be because I like Mickey. Lol.
Has Frank finally met his match in Bianca? I didn't think there was anyone that could make Frank look like an amateur, but here we are. I've been trying to figure out why we are so heavy with this storyline and maybe that's the answer. We need someone crazier than Frank to show him he needs to sl...

So it turned out, swapping QBs kind of worked out. And Matt scores the winning TD, but it's still super upset as J.D. gets most of the acclaim.
I truthfully don't know how I feel about the boys buying Buddy's house together. it seems like if Buddy can't sell it at full price, they probably can't either. I don't have a lot of faith in their flipping abilities.
