As many of you might already know, WotC has finally conceded to the community in regard to the OGL update madness, leaving the OGL 1.0a alone and ALSO placing the content in Creative Commons.

WotC has finally released what could be called an actual apology in regard to the ongoing OGL debacle.

As many of you know, Wizards of the Coast recently released a statement on the updates to the open game license. In this announcement, they stated that the new OGL will no longer have a royalty structure and that they would not use other creators' content without their permission.
