We didn't realize it when we started watching, but Lethal Weapon is actually a great way to kick off the Holiday Season! Not only is it set at Christmas, but it's got an ending that definitely left me all warm and fuzzy. It's also got wonderful chemistry from the leads, hilarious dialogue, and is just an all around great time. Hope you'll join us for this 80's action classic!

We couldn't get enough Pandora, so we're heading back again. This is both of our first time watching Avatar: The Way Of Water and it blew our minds. We were very excited to see a whole new side of Pandora, and all of the wild under sea visuals.
Also that ending...wow, it destroyed us. This movie was a rollercoaster, and we hope you'll join us on the ride!

Hey Everyone!
Take a bathroom break now, because the runtime on these Avatar movies is not messing around. It's Chandra's first time watching it, and my first time since way back when, and I was surprised how well it holds up! I remember liking it a lot at the time, but it's even better on a re-watch. There is so much beautiful detail in every frame, I only wish we had a 3D TV!

You might remember many months ago we had a Patrick Swayze movie poll, and it was such a tight 4-way race that we decide to watch them all! Since then we've been doing 'Swayze Saturdays', and we've watched Ghost, Road House, Red Dawn, and now we're finishing with Dirty Dancing!
And what a finish it is! Swayze is in top form as Johnny, but the rest of the cast is also wonderful. This movie was heartwarming, a ton of fun, and I'm so glad we got to watch it with y'all. ...
We're gonna get MORE WOLVERINE!
He's definitely one of my most favorites of the X-Men, so I'm crazy excited to learn more about him. I don't remember everything from the animated series about his past, so I'm curious to see what sorts of things they keep and change in all of these X-Men movies!

We're getting ready to start Andor in the new year, and what better way to begin than with Chandra's first time watching Rogue One!
I love how well they blend a traditional Star Wars movie with the feeling/plot of a war movie. There are so many great moments and characters, I think I loved even more watching it this time!

Are you all ready for the third X-Men movie or what!! Okay, I've just gotta take a second to thank you all for your amazing comments on X-Men 2. Turns out I missed the hint at Gambit when Mystique was going through the files! Thanks for voting in last week's poll! Wandavision was clearly the one you're most excited about, so that's where we'll start Chandra's MCU TV journey. We're hoping to get started in the new year!
For this week's poll we wanted to look back on some of the polls we've had that ended in a very tight race, and give the movies that didn't win a second chance! All of these movies lost by 7 percent of the vote or less, and one of them only lost by 2 percen...
This one was a real mind-bender. I don't even know where to start! Or finish! Was the start the finish? Or the finish the start?
I found myself thinking about this movie for a while after we watched it. It feels like one of those ones that rewards second/third/fourth viewings, but the first one was a real trip too! Wonderful performances, interesting story, and an all around great time!
We're double dipping on the Stephen King this month, with an 80s Schwarzenegger action classic!
I love how packed with action the movie is, and the endless supply of Arnie's amazing one-liners! I think my favorite has to be "Here is Sub-Zero, now PLAIN Zero!" 😂

We're back with a WWII movie that's been recommended to us more than a few times, and wow, what a film.
Amazing performances across the board, crazy tension, and some of the most intense battles we've seen, I think this one is going to stick with me for a while.
