This movie won a poll way back when, but after we watched it we realized it fit way better with the November movies than the October ones. (Especially after Red Dawn last week!) So sorry for the delay!
We both really loved Matthew Broderick in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, so of course we loved him here too. A bit more serious of a story, but he totally pulls it off!

Omg I love the X-Men so much... they might be my most favorite collection of characters. Dare I say, I love them even more than Spider-Man, and you all know how much I love him! hahaha. So naturally yeah... of course I LOVED THIS MOVIE! Getting to see most of my favs on screen... hell yeah!

It's time for more Stephen King!!
Oh my god, this movie was incredible... no wonder it's so famous! Thank you so so so much for recommending we watch it. A lot of you said The Green Mile is also a must see, so I really want to watch that one next for Stephen King movies. If it's even half as good as Shawshank Redemption, then I know we'll love it!

70's Horror! ๐
My god, this movie is something else... absolutely haunting. So many of the images will live forever in my mind now. This must have been so extreme when it came out in the 70's. I can't imagine there were a lot of other movies like it. And SO many horror movies probably take inspiration from it now!

This was definitely the scariest movie we've seen this month. Turns out this is the exact kind of movie that really gets to me, so I was also terrified for the rest of the night after watching it!

Okay, this one's not 80's but we really wanted to fit in a couple more spooky season movies. This one was less of a scary movie, and more just haunting and unbelievable... The challenges these characters have to face are so intense and heartbreaking. We both really really loved this movie.

We figured the Blade movies would be perfect to watch during October! I'm so excited to get to know this character. As it stands I don't know anything other than the fact that his movies are vampire themed! Which sounds so fricken fun!

This movie has been recommended to us sooo many times, so we're really happy we finally got to see it! We had a fun time watching it, and trying to figure out WHAT THE HECK WAS GOING ON... suuuuuch good mystery elements! Amazing visuals and acting, and such a creative story too. We both really loved this one!

We're kicking things off with the horror comedy, Army of Darkness! We both really loved the Evil Dead movies, and so many of you recommended this one too, so how could we not! For the rest of the month we've got lots more fun, scary and utterly terrifying (at least for me haha) movies, so get ready! ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฆ
