Weight went back up a pound this morning. No idea why. I did end up having that vanilla milkshake yesterday, but it's not like you can gain a pound over night from one milkshake, right? First day of working out. Tried to run through a martial arts "kata" routine that I learned from Kung Fu Commando back in the day. Attempted a high kick (didn't get very high) and then heard a ripping sound. Not sure if I tore the seam of my tights or my actual groin. Walking funny ever since. Finally worked up the courage to break out the old Vanish costume. I don't think I've even taken it out of storage since Kailey was born.
