I haven't forgotten! This page lets Tala and Bailey start to relax. Still working on the dialogue for this one, but I also left it blank to hopefully sell the sequence without it. I'll be working on this page later today (Sunday) perhaps on stream, and do the last request stream for the month on Monday the 30th.

I did quite a few more versions than I intended to..as per the usual "took longer than expected" of course. That seems to be my running theme...at least with each piece I'm practicing something new and fresh, I think? This picture's theme was colour and saturation, from a technical sense. Everything from the window and the rain, to the stuff and feel of her apartme...

Loki, old rework [Sketch]

I needed a warmup today before going back to work on Zofie's pinup; I don't like going more than a few days without physically sketching out new stuff, for practice. But I also didn't want to struggle and spend a ton of time with it, so, I did something else I like to do every once in a while; re-work an old sketch.

She didn't win the month's pinup, but I'm going to include her as a side pinup for the month; Felicia has been on the roster forever, and I think it's time to pull her off and give her a nice piece. Some folks voting for her I hate stringing along for 2+ years, so in a similar vein to the Haku, Nytro, Miko pinups in the past, I'm also going to do Felicia. Already have her inked and flatted, just need to do some colours and a few minor alts. Won't be much of a background, but I'd been in the mood...

Here's the finished results! Zofie had a lot of push still! Since she's won before, I'm more open to trying newer/different/unique ideas for her second pinup around. Whether more adult, more unusual/non-traditional in scope or style, let me know below if you have any ideas or suggestions for her!

Ask ARA - "Guest" p2

 Next part of Ask ARA! The chosen  course of action by you guys was to find Vikna and so she has. Vikna is pleasantly surprised, though acting similarly to Zeta, Vikna has more compassion and relation to ARA, being her corporate-assigned counterpart for the last few years. They've grown close, and surely the blue feline will help the red one figure out what to do when the Emperor arrives.

Or does she? ARA knows a lot about military tech, but social engagements are not one of her ...

Animation - Ayn's Hip Sway

Here's the finalized product! Finally finished this after starting it back in December, but I'm glad I sat down to finish it in the past two days.

Have a lot to say about this piece. While I went to college for animation, it was primarily 3D. 2D was practiced, but not extensively. I feel like this was a good exercise and refresher. Predators of Denali - Page 14 Sketch

Been a month! After taking a switch-course for that mini-comic, I'm working on the next few pages of PoD kind of simultaneously, hence the slightly less-frequent updates atm. I want to make sure these few pages flow nicely, and spending more time on the sketch and dialogue phases make me much more comfortable and confident that it's convincing, enjoyable, and supportive of the actions-to-come.

The colouring gave me some trouble too, though also glad that I went with a bit different composition for this pinup; not so straight-on, which I know I do a lot of and am trying to get better at.
