Hi everyone!
The last month has been a blur. A leak of outside water in our bedroom spun out into an ongoing saga of staying the night in hotels, getting Derek stronger meds for allergy + asthma, back-and-forth with insurance, and searching for new apartments. My time has mostly been devoted to that while Derek worked on the Castlevania video as best as he could. Part of it had to be recorded in a hotel, but honestly you can hardly tell. Bed sheet studio for the win!

Hi all!
This week got derailed when we found our bedroom carpet completely soaked on Sunday morning. While nothing of ours got damaged (yay!), it is going to take several days to get the issue fixed. So we bundled ourselves and our dogs to a hotel and have done our best to get work done here. After a weekend of heavy rain and wind in the Seattle-area, our apartment has sprung a leak. Luckily nothing important has been damaged! But unfortunately this means we’re going to have to cancel the podcast recording at least for today while we try to dry out our apartment with loud fans and dehumidifiers.
