I also tried spray adhesive for the first time and made these ankle cuffs by gluing my fabric to the foam shapes;

Took photos for a last Halloween shoot, pumpkin kitty! Pumpkitty?

Also I have taken fansigns of Holo the Wise Wolf cosplaying a Japanese fox spirit, because why not? My necklace snapped in half during the photo taking, so regrettably not everyone will have the blood drip. :(

I almost forgot to make this post! Meant to do it on October 18th since my birthday is November 18th. Better late than never...
As contributors to my cosplay cause, I of course expect nothing extra from you for my birthday (cards and drawings are cute!). I will include links to my wishlists for those of you who are interested. ^^ And update them occasionally.
Cosplay stuff
I decided I needed more proof that I am ACTUALLY WORKING ON MEGUMI I SWEAR. So here I am posing with my ironing board. Also I shared a video for Chums and up featuring the construction of the bodice.
The lining is flannel-backed satin. :3 Cozy.
Today while ironing Megumi's dress pieces, I lifted one up to inspect it and... floated up and stuck to the wall. I soon discovered I could put them all up there and was distracted by it for a while. ^^; Static power!!!

I was finally able to cut out the rest of the (outer layer) dress pieces. Frustrated by how rarely I have time to sit and work on it.

In other news, Rise's fabric will be delivered tomorrow! I was charged duties and taxes, which makes this material even more expensive. It had BETTER look good. 😬
I had a lot of fun with this set! Lots of props, a new backdrop, and some last-minute crafts. I can't wait to get them all edited and share them with you! Let me know what you think below~

Looking like a bizarre Renaissance painting...
OKAY SO. THIS WAS SUPER AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. This guy asked for a photo with me... Then proceeded to grab my neck with both hands and say, "Say choke me harder, Daddy." I was so alarmed that I factory...
Here are two behind-the-scenes photos that give a glimpse into the process. We have lights, a backdrop, a paint can to weight the backdrop down, moving walls, and all sorts of other junk.
Let's not forget Matthew Goertz running around with his camera while I struggle to keep the top of my cosplay up...
So in an attempt to get my self-taken photo albums back on track, I did this unicorn... boudoir... set. It's a fairly simple shoot to get me back into the groove, vaguely inspired by Rarity from My Little Pony (in the sense that I have purple hair, a white horn, and white outfits).
I will take some time to trim down the photos I took (like 370 while I struggled to relearn how to pose 😂) and edit them. Will post a spicier phone selfie on the Buddy tier in a moment~

Here's a sneaky peek of the photos Auragale and I FINALLY had taken together in our ballgowns. I have been waiting to retire this dress but REFUSED to let it go until we had proper photos together. InCompass Photography certainly delivered with these stunning shots. <3

Sorry for my silence! I had a wedding (not mine xD) rehearsal dinner, the wedding, the day-after lunch, and a shag (uhhh in my region, we help people fundraise for their weddings with massive parties open to the public - I believe the word is a portmanteau of "wedding shower" and "stag party" but it replaces neither) for another engaged couple. I'll post the rest of the Thundercon content soon! Hoping to get my D.va and Ariel pictures soon! ^^;
