Announcement - May's Accessory Vote Results

Hello all :) Only few hours left for the next month's accessory project vote to end. But I think we've got a winner. :)

33% of Habsburgs voted and the winning inspiration got 67% of votes.

Therefore, I present you the Golden Pumpkin Needle - Victorian Cape Inspired Neck Piece. It will be the main inspiration for me to create a Habsburg Patrons exclusive neck piece in May. It will be added to the Kozakowy's Accessories View Post

Poll - The Next Month's Accessory Project

Again, I'm asking you for a little help from you. I cannot make up my mind what will be the next month's accessory project? I gathered some nice examples but it's not that easy to decide. So, which inspiration is the best, according to you?

Download - Accessories Set Update

Hello there Habsburgs,

another quick accessory mod for you to test.

Here are 4 sets of neck rings jewelry to choose from:

10 rings tall gold and silver

2 rings tall gold and silver

Feel free to play around with these. I tried to do the materials a fair bit worn. I really don't like perfect surfaces that much ;)

Have a nice weekend guys!

Work In Progress - Neck Rings

I saw some Ndebele (South Africa) fashions lately somewhere over the web and I instantly thought about recreating it and putting it into the Accessories 1.1 set. Thus it's another quick project for this month.

I'll try to do at least one small Patreon exclusive project per month from now on. I really liked the idea of making something quick and easier to rig/texture apart of the big outfit projects.

Have a nice Sunday guys :)

Inspirational Insights - The Favourite

Hello there dear Habsburgs and Bourbons,

it's another new month and an inspirational post before you. We've talked the "Mantua" gowns in the Outfit Creation Guide lately, that's why we're of to "The Favourite" today.

"The Favourite" is a 2018 period black comedy film co-produced and directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, from a screenplay by Deborah Davis and Tony McNamara. Set in early 18...

Work In Progress - MDP Claws Update

Well, today I redid the outside of the MDP Claws a bit and I like it much more this time :) Hope you like it too ;) I mixed the horizontal stripes at the tips and some circle-based mesh in the fingers area. What is left to do is the thumb claw, which will be a little bit different and the rigging and we'll be to test them in game :)

Have some happy Easter Holidays guys!

Work In Progress - MDP Outfit Claws

Finally I started drawing the materials for the Mythic Dawn Priestess Claws. I'm quite happy with the general form and with the inside of the claws. But I'm going to try something else on the outside. There are too many directions in this design so far and I want to make it a bit more solid and the filling lines thinner.

A MDP Outfit update coming soon :)

Work In Progress - Cape Tests

Back to the Mythic Dawn Priestess Outfit.

Yay ;) I'm going to finally do the cbbe version (sorry for the delay but things piled up a bit recently in my real life), the cape and the claws to make the outfit complete.

It's my first cape ever btw :) I rigged it using skirt bones, what results with some clipping while running and posing, but frankly, I haven't seen a completely non-cl...

Kozakowy's Outfit Creation Guide - 3. Modelling The Skirt

Hello my dear Habsburgs,

hope you're having a nice weekend.

I just managed to finish the 3rd part of the Outfit Creation Guide.

This time I'm talking in depth a two layer Mantua skirt simulation. I skipped some modelling basics this time - someone that have never used 3dsMax may have some problems with reproducing this process.

Please ask if anything is unclear - I'll do my best to answer.

Poll - How did I get here?

Hello my dear Patrons!

I'm currently writing the second part of the skirt modeling tutorial. The first and the main part is done. I hope it will be ready by Monday at Habsburg's place.

In few months we'll be celebrating the first anniversary of this Patreon page.

I'd like to thank you for your wonderful and constant support. I see that some of you guys are with me for quite a long time - som...

Work In Progress - Outfit Creation Guide

The third part of the Outfit Creation Guide is cooking. Definitely coming up for Habsburgs this month. It will hopefully help 3dsMax users to play with simulating fabrics more.

We'll be looking at an 18 century "Mantua" gown I did a year ago or so, since there are two layers of skirts and a system of pulling helpers. I'll try to dig a bit into this.

Stay tuned :)

Work In Progress - Elf Queen Neck Piece Screen Tests

Well, it's finally Saturday, so I can post this ;)

Here are some first screen tests of the Elf Queen neck piece. I can't say it worked right out of the box, ;) but (maybe you can see, that) it needs only a little bit of smoothing over the shoulders.

So, what do you think?

I kind of like it :D

might think of some beta testing with Habsburg Patrons after some gentle smoothing, don't we?

The Story Behind - Steampunk Outfit

The weekend is nearly here,

the time has come to present you The Story Behind my very first published mod, and the only one that still has got the original (hand-made in Photoshop) textures.

The Steampunk Outfit my friends.

From now on, I'll also post this section in pdfs to make things easier to read and store. Feel free to share questions regarding the creation process if you have any.

Work In Progress - Elf Queen neck piece materials

Moving on with the quick Elf Queen project. I'm really happy with the materials. The main fabric (a few layers of sturdy black coutil I guess) was really easy to make, but what interested me the most were the details, seams, stitches, ditches, bindings, hooks, eyes and grommets.

I usually like to keep some imperfect spots View Post

Work In Progress - Elf Queen Neck Piece

Moving on with the quick neck piece project.

It's fun so far ;) to model the small details :)

I did the back lacing and the front hook and eyes fastening.

I usually do the grommets using textures, but this time I did them in 3d. This makes them catch the light a bit differently. I tried to keep them not that hi-poly ;) of course I UVW-mapped them before copying and aligning with the main surface.

Poll - Next Outfit Creation Guide Chapter

Hey there Habsburgs :)

Hope that you're having a nice weekend.

I'm planning to release another chapter of our Outfit Creation Guide this month. Last time we did a modeling tutorial and created a basic bodice. Now we've got two directions we can go for. I'd like to know what do you want to know first:

Work In Progress - New neck pieces

I got a bit tired with the Leto/Mythic Dawn Priestess project. It drained a lot of my inner energy that usually drives my will to do something in 3d.

That's why I felt like doing something new and small. Today I modelled a new neck piece, that I wanted to do for a year or so. The original design is by a Canadian studio Collumfabrica. I hope I'll be able to do it in few weeks. It'll be definitely a Patre...

Work In Progress - More MDP Screen Testing

Today I couldn't resist testing the mesh version in game. I also did some small alterations to the details and their scale/thickness. It's easy to adjust when you keep everything on separate layers in Substance Painter :)

I'm very happy with this mesh version tbh.

Have a nice evening guys :)

Work In Progress - MDP Mesh Version

I'm also working on a mesh version of the Mythic Dawn Priestess Outfit. Previously, only Leto's necklacer was available in two versions - solid and mesh. Now I'm going to release as well two bodices and two sets of bracers. I'm also doing some minor texture fixes. I really hope to upload a beta UNP set by the end of the week :)

Keep your fingers crossed!

SSE conversions question

Hi guys :)

As you know, I mostly do mods for Skyrim LE but we've got also Skyrim SE users here.

Maybe some of you guys managed to convert my Patreon mods to SE?

If so, perhaps you could upload it to wetransfer and share the link in the comment section under this post, so the guys unable to convert the mods themselves could also get them?

I'd be very grateful for your help :)
