Hey all,
What castle would be complete without a place to lock up those pesky intruders? It also doubles as a great map for a prison break setting - for when your players get a bit murderhoboy and need to be reminded that their actions have consequences!
The higher tiers have a couple of extra rooms added to their prison that I how they find helpful!
Next up I'm going to work on a mini castle / island fortress that will work well with this map - anyway, as always...

Hey all,
So, to kick off the next theme of 'Castles' I thought I'd start with a Gatehouse - the main entrance and a formidable building to make invaders think twice.
'Castles' is going to be a tricky theme because a normal castle would be a truly massive map, it'd seriously stress any VTT service like Roll20. So I'm going to see if I can't break it down in to some key areas that would be useful for your players to battle over and then I might round it up with a mini / compac...

Hey all!
It's that time again - you vote on what theme you'd like to see for the next couple of maps and I'll run with that. From the discord, I have the following suggestions;
Dungeons - Who doesn't need more dungeons in their life to throw their players in?
Illusions - Honestly not sure how I'd approach this one, but I'm sure it'll be weird and wonderful.
Camps - Ban...

It was historically used by passing traders as a way point in a lesser known path across the desert. However with the recent sighting of a well, it's now a busy and vibrant resting spot. Offering a reprise from the non-stop heat and a place to swap stories of the dangers on the trail."

Still though, those from the surrounding homesteads use it on occasion. Paying their respects to the idol that once stood here. Not just because old traditions die hard. But because of the fear of what might befall them if they don't ..."

I had this idea for an underground dwarven-like throne or meeting hall and just had to make it a thing. Place some enemies with good shove abilities on the main path and knock your players off the edges to their doom. :) - I hope you all enjoy it!

Hey all,
A good old Tavern. The classic starting point of any good campaign and the first calling point in pretty much every town or city the adventurers go to.
When drawing this the scale really threw me for a loop. I made it way to big to start with so made it smaller about halfway through and then this morning when everything was done decided at the last minute that it was still too big and cut it down again ...
Anyway, I'm going to be putting out a y...

Supposedly these stones are known as The Menhirs of Memory.

Hey all!
Here we have it, a Greek Senate style chamber. A place where leaders can meet to discus matters of state - perfect for a bit of political intrigue.
Perhaps the players themselves have been accused of stealing from the local nobles and so must speak publicly in their defence. If the disagreement can't be settled with words then blades are used instead much to the enjoyment of the onlookers.
Anyway that's the two maps you voted for done and dusted, t...

I honestly hadn't thought about doing a monastery but you all voted for it and here it is :)
This was a blast to do and I'm really happy with the snow versions of this map, they feel like they have some great character to them.
What with the cold closing in it's nice to work on something wintery and cosy. I had thought perhaps in the future of expanding on this monastery and doing a larger grounds with stables and guest quarters - let me know in the comments if t...

Hey all,
This map was off to a rocky start but came together in the end. I realised I must have a strong desire to ambush my players because when designing my maps I'm always thinking of giving the enemies a vantage of some kind.
With this one I like the idea of the players having to try and battle their way up the oversized steps whilst arrows and rocks pelt down from Goblins on high. Or with the carved dwarven head variant who knows what evil lurks within the ominous entry...

Ancient Greek Senate / Throne room - A large scale political room perfect for political intrigue
Ruins - pretty self explanatory - old buildings now overgrown
Dragon’s lair - Raaaaaawr + gold

Hey All,
Fresh off the press I have some everyday shops for your players to peruse. It’s not all glamorous sword swinging, spell casting and monster slaying for the adventurer. Sometimes they just need to go shopping and pick up supplies - but being adventures I’m sure the shopkeep will turn out to be an evil mastermind.
These shops are asset heavy and should be great for those who like to modify and change up the maps to suit their needs. Let me know what you think :)

Hey Folks,
I hope you're all having a spooky weekend despite the current situation.
If I was running this map I would start my players arriving at the southern end in hot pursuit of the baddie. They have to quickly jump across the islands before they make their way through the portal and into who knows where.
Either a Frozen Wasteland, Feywild or Lava Fields - all fun options and a nice way to take your players in an unexpected direction. If they're quick t...

Hey folks,
A maze was called for and so a maze was built. I’ve made the route on this one nice and tricky, playing it on VTT with your players in the dark should make it particularly devious.
I’ve deliberately left the area in the top left empty (where all the stairs lead in to a central area), with the idea it’d be a great spot for a trap of some kind. Perhaps the stairs turn in to a slide and the floor opens up into a spike pit.
Similar with the hidden study in the t...

Mundane Shops - Sometimes your adventurers just need to buy the essentials. Think bakery, cheese shop etc.
Ruins - pretty self explanatory
A Maze - for when you want to tell your players to get lost.

Apparently there is a disturbing lack of greek style ships out there so I'm here to rectify that with this Penteconter. Which is perfect for any party looking to set sail across uncharted waters to seek out mythic beasts.
If this map proves popular I'd love to do more ships, expanding the themes and backdrops until we have a good set of them - let me know in the discord if you'd like to see more.

I really wanted to get a sense of hight and set it up as a great place for you to ambush your players. Perhaps they're investigating something untoward and have found themselves somewhere in the centre of this map, preferably under the large stones hanging in cranes, before the trap is sprung from all around them.
I also had a blast doing the last two variations for this map, the Astral Pl...

I’m also hoping that having a couple to flick between will keep it a bit more interesting for me and means I can better plan my months work. Anyway, your options for the vote are as follows:

You voted for it and so I made it - one big old toll bridge map - it's the largest map I've done for sure. I wanted it so that when your players have a show down here they have plenty of space to run around.
The Toll House in the top right of the map is packed with a group of local soldiers who keep an eye on the bridge and ensure carts come to a stop with the use of spiked barricades and pay the crossing fee.
If you have any suggestions for variations on this...
