Something sweet from an older shoot that Was previously released only to the volcano tear.

I’m all about the costumes but there’s something beautiful about simplicity as well. Some of my favorite photos have been taken in a white room with nothing on. There’s a certain innocence to that. Not trying to be sexy or bold, not trying to stand apart, just being. Just laying there in your own skin and a glowing vulnerability.

I decided to open some of this set up for the general ...

Serenade in Blue

I know I say it every time but I’m  thoroughly excited for this video! I’ve been taking my time putting together this costume and routine. This costume started out life as my wedding dress. I never wore it for that purpose but it was filled with undesirable memories and icky energy so I cut it up and reconstructed  it. This costume came from the ashes of that marriage and it’s  deterioration and has served to fertilize greener pastures since. It’s  bee...

Stripping History: The Lorraine Smith Collection

Still awaiting provenance on this beautiful costume set once worn/owned by Lorraine Smith who dressed as Jean Harlow in her stage act. I'm still trying to find her stage name. I understand that she lived in Massachusetts. Sadly she passed at a very young age. I know very few details about Lorraine but I am still searching to find her true history. For now enjoy what I do know of her story. My friend Doris Night View Post

A Sneak Peek of Things To Come...

How is everyone coping?

One of the things Jeremy and I have been spending time doing is taking photos and documenting my costume and burlesque collection.

Here is a sneak peek of what we photographed today and some different edits.

Which one do you like the best?

Keep an eye out for full photo sets on my Lava Lust, White Hot, and Volcano Tiers coming this week!

B&W garden session

Today came with so many feels. I woke up with a black cloud. The air was heavy with anticipation. I knew that today was the very last opportunity to harness the new moon energy. Knowing that if I didn’t get started on my day early I would simply not get started. Off I went mask on, drove a block awY to my studio and looked for fun things I had not photographed yet. I found this cute little island number from The Bikini Bus, a shop on wheels here in Rincon, and I knew that It would be perfec...

Want To Orgasm Harder? 9 Things You Need To Know About Your Pelvic Floor Muscles

“As a physician who has focused on women's sexual health for decades, I've found that pelvic floor muscles routinely begin to weaken by age 40. Yet, while many women focus on their weight and exercise regularly, they often forget to exercise this incredibly important set of muscles! So what can we do to make sure we don't end up with incontinence pads or needing surgery? Here are nine things that you need to know about your pelvic floor muscles:

1. Your pelvic floor muscles...

Some Lynne O’NEILL eye candy for you.

The cover photo is a Lynn O’Neill original garter girl poster from the 1940s, 50s as soon as I do more research on it I will give more details. For now I’m waiting on it to arrive in the mail but here are a few beautiful photos of Lynn O’Neill in all her glory. I’m so excited to be archiving her costume collection and I can’t wait to show you the end result.

New artwork!

I’m thinking t shirts? Any suggestions?

I absolutely love this artwork from Doris night. She is a burlesque performer and tattoo artist is currently completely out of work due to social distancing so she is making this incredible artwork to supplement her income. I love what she did! Should I put it on a T-shirt? What are your suggestions? Posters, T-shirts, coffee mugs, keychains, tote bags?

Must be the season...

I’m very excited to have the opportunity to be in my studio again creating content for you. Jeremy and I powered through a very frustrating photo session and thought we had lost all of our content. It turns out, we were able to salvage the content and it looks great! Trust the process. I say it over and over and over again and I forget to do it myself sometimes. Trust the process. Sometimes things don’t look quite right for a minute while you’re creating. Sometimes you want to throw it ...

1930s Silver Belly Dance Costume

For your viewing pleasure, I give to you this incredibly beautiful 1930s belly dancing, bedla costume that appears to be handmade in immaculate condition with no dry rot, No pinholes, no rips or tears. The fabric of this costume is strong because it was stored well, probably in a climate controlled space and it came to me wrapped in tissue paper. It’s the perfect way to store a costume like this.

If you do not have tissue paper where you are, white towels or sheets work perfectly. Mak...

Lilac Fans...

As you can probably tell a huge portion of my collection recently has been dedicated to collecting vintage and new ostrich feather burlesque fans. Along the same vein, I’ve become very interested in small ostrich feather fans common in burlesque acts as well.

Originally I was only concerned with the largest burlesque fans of the  past I could find but sadly those are few and far between so I started checking out and eventually developing emotional affairs with ...

Lili St Cyr Pasties

Here are two beautiful representations of Lili St Cyr’s I’m not positive but I think I also have the round sequin pasties (at the $2.89 price point). The ones you’re seeing in front of you are the red and silver 2 toned swirl sequin pasties (that cost $3.50 in 1958) and the star sequin pasties (that cost $3.98 in 1958) you can see the silver stars and the two-tone red and silver Colors vividly. These pasty’s are in excellent condition. They read “Handmade for Lili St Cyr” on the i...
