Oooooooh yeeeeaaahhhhh, this movie is An Experience. So unsettling throughout, even before we know WHAT'S going on. We can still tell that Something is going on. Originally it was going to end like you feared -- with the police showing up and believing that Chris was the villain of the situation -- but Jordan Peele has said that that happens enough in real life that we don't need to see it again. Not when black people have to live with that every day. So here, he ESCAPES and he WINS.

2026-02-19 04:02:55 +0000 UTCthe acting from the grounds keeper when they were talking as he was chopping wood, in retrospect was great, now knowing he was the grandpa too. the actor in the film is acting like a elderly white guy acting like a young black guy.. where as the guy who warned him to Get Out was acting like an elderly white guy showing off his new youthful body to his friends.

Since I just got this movie on Blu-ray, I'm watching it whenever I can. BTW, at 1:50, that's the old opening logo for Blumhouse's horror movies. My girlfriend likes Blumhouse.
