Ok, slight change of plans for this month! I'm under a deadline for a VERY exciting project that you'll be seeing in August. Between that and the kitchen remodel, my episode editing time got squeezed too tight! So if you don't mind, now I'm planning to put out two exclusive episodes next month in lieu of our standard month to month.
I can reveal this top secret project involves cake! So I thought it would be fun to do a livestream tomorrow, featuring the making of a single sheet of this EXTREMELY delicious cake!
In addition, I can show a little bit of the new kitchen (which is currently under construction and a ways away from completion). I'll also share all the fun things that are underway!
Below are the ingredients (you can halve these if you don't want to make quite so much). I'll be using a 12X18" pan :D

SUGAR PACK 3 3/4 cups Sugar 1 1/4 cups Baking Cocoa
LIQUIDS
2 1/2 cups boiling water
2 1/2 cups fresh brewed coffee
1 1/4 cups Melted Miyoko's Plant based butter
FLAVOR PACK 1 tbsp + 2 tsp) Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp + 2 tsp VANILLA 1 1/4 teaspoons Almond Extract
FLOUR PACK 6 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour 2 1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda 2 1/2 teaspoons Salt
12X18X2” Pan
350 degrees for 35 Minutes
