Bullet Rhythm - Gameplay Test v0.2a

Here's a video showing a little more gameplay, with my friend trying to play the game as best he could. Even though he's not a fan of modern titles, he found the game very frenetic and fun.

I still need to improve the music synchronization a lot, I feel like the main point of the game isn't good enough, plus I need to optimize the code to remove the slowdown at some points.

Calloused fingers, but satisfaction guaranteed.

Final Fight MD: When will it be completed?

First of all, I’d like to clarify that I won’t be releasing a new version of FFMD this Christmas. It will probably come out on the last day of the year with some important fixes and updates. I was planning to release a public ROM as well, but I decided to save that for the final version.

Final Fight MD - Reviewing the rounds and improving them even further.

I went back in some stages and applied new techniques that I started using in later stages. Now, the subway is the right height like the arcade, and with parallax, it breaks the limit of the Mega Drive HUD window.

Round 6 development has begun!

It's in the early stages, but all the plans are preserved, including the parallax that isn't present in the SEGA CD version.

There are a lot of things to be done, as this round is the biggest in the game and has the most cutscenes. If I have time enough and my health helps, there is a chance I might finish the game this year.

Here's the full round 4 test video. Some things need to be enhanced, like defragging the VRAM to fit more enemies dynamically in the elevator, but overall everything is pretty consistent.

Final Fight Round 5-1: first screenshots!

Well, folks, I'm feeling more inspired than usual. Round 4-1 is already 100% complete, I skipped round 4-2 for now because I plan to try some technical tricks for it, but I'm not sure if they'll work out.

To not lose this wave of inspiration, I finished the setting, animations, and masks for the Bay Area; I just needed to position the objects and enemies. I might change a color here or there, but I consider it 95% done.

- Adjusted Sodom’s run hitbox to allow players to jump over the enemy.

Drifting is on fire!

As everyone knows, Driftin' Rage is my current original game that keeps me sane (since FFMD drives me crazy for various reasons).
