I was a camp counselor in my teens and early twenties, where I taught jewelry making and metalsmithing to 8-15 year olds. If I finally get a kiln and supplies, I'd love to do an enameling workshopβ€π€

When you told the story about your mom saving that cat from the horrible lady at the vet I couldn't believe it! I think your mom told this story in the tuxedo cat group I am in on FB. I remember reading something similar and couldn't believe someone could do that to a poor cat. So thankful for people like your mom who saved that poor kitty! I hope she finds her a wonderful home that she deserves! My two tuxedo monsters Salem and Purrsephone are everything to me. There is a special place for evil people like that woman. I have a dark sense of humor too so I could say a lot more, but will be nice. LOL

There are bunkhouses or there are rooms with multiple bunks inside the lodge. I have done a few craft weekends here and it is amazing! They are very accommodating. There is a huge stone fireplace in the lodge. The main lodge is where the meals and individual tables are. It is in the country but about a 10-15 min drive into Traverse City, MI.
