Cockade Piffle WIP (Probably Abandoned)

So I've been struggling with this clip for a week, and it's still full of glitches and problems that I'm trying to smooth out, but a new tool has just come available which might be the best way to deal with multiple characters' speech, so I think I'm going to give up on this as a lost cause, and switch to a new method to see what results it yields. But in the meantime here's where I got to.
Broadly speaking I was pleased with it. I think it's fairly coherent, and I'm very happy with the way Polly reads off the badge. But her likeness diminishes, as does the Doctor when he speaks. I think I'd have tolerated that if it wasn't for the other issues; ie that both her and his motion rewinds and starts to judder. I had an idea how to fix this until new options presented themselves!
