First results by Daniel Anhut

Hi there & my apologies that I didn't write to you last sunday - the last weeks have been intense for me. First that summerjob, then packing and moving to a new place, which we are still renovating these days. Not gonna lie, I'm really happy about all of this, but also quite exhausted right now.
At this time last sunday we had just finished moving all the furniture, instruments, plants & boxes to the new place (I moved from the 5th to the 18th district within Vienna) and we were sitting happy and done in our new living room. My dad and his girlfriend came to help for the weekend - which I'm still so grateful for! Now, one week later there are still most things unpacked, but the kitchen looks sooo much nicer and also the bathroom make over is almost finished. And the previous tenants finally picked up their last things today, yay!

I have the feeling that the whole move would be a topic for its own little podcast episode haha, it was a quite spontaneous decision, but honestly it was a perfect match with the flat, I love it - I can hear birds and trees outside, there is plenty of space for my harps and we'll even gonna have a little home studio room, ahh can't wait! :))

But now back to the pictures I'm sharing with you today - they are the first results of the outdoor shoot I had with Daniel Anhut in Berlin in the middle of June. I love climbing around on trees so this was a great spot for me :) The first picture is my personal favourite I think, the light & shadow balance is beautifully composed there.

I hope that I can post a little piano improvisation next sunday, it is the only instrument, which is still missing here, but I hope that it will be moved within the next week, I already miss it - in my opinion every home should have an upright piano, it just gives the place a warm feeling (but I guess I'm biased), so I cant wait to have mine here :)
