I’ve been following AOT and you actually made me enjoy Strangers from Hell, which it didn’t hooked me up when I started watching by myself. I think the issue for me became more of the target audience the content it’s aimed for on Patreon….even YouTube maybe. I’m a hold head Army, since 2014…I do love Stray kids too but…. Some content that’s being reacted to does not have that much relevance (to me), and seemed to be aimed to the (maybe) younger audiences here, (k-pop audience). And due to the schedule limitations they have to film reactions, most seem like a waste (to me). SKZ reactions seems like a waste to me, top tier for BTS single MVs seems like a waste. Would love to hear the b-sides. Maybe album reactions would be good for top tier. Or a sequence of multiple MV watches of an artist on the same reaction. There’s a lot of movies out there, not just Korean. Inside k-music I would love to see reactions to K-R&B and K-Hip Hop, older K-pop groups that would resonate more with them. There’s a lot to be explored. Kdramas too, the really good ones 😅 (that’s why I’m so happy to see Moving for next). Of course that’s time and schedule limitations, and waiting lists and more or so the target audience, and the boys have their lives outside. I’m just one drop 😅… if the current aiming content it’s giving them revenue I’m happy for them regardless.

Also, they’re trying to grow their channel so they cannot be so far behind the new releases. Finally, they are literally reacting to TWO older K-dramas right now. 🙄

Like you said this one brings a highlight and I’m glad they didn’t hide anything of what actually happens when you don’t gain citizenship in cases like this. it’s lonely and it’s depressing knowing your parent could be out there living it up, struggling or dead. the fact that most adopted children in the last 10 years have learned that their parents willingly gave them up without explanation of such is so heartbreaking. to roam this planet belonging nowhere and with no one on your side. I love Move to Heaven because it shows the realest shit that most people don’t wanna hear.

2023-09-25 23:12:13 +0000 UTCMatthews story was so sad and it brings a lot of attention to other adoptees and its horrible how people can return a child because they have health issues like if its a pair of pants that the zipper is broken. Then they grow up all their life in one country and when they are an adult the are kicked back to another country they don't know or even the speak the language and im guessing they don't even provide them any resources to build their life there, they seem to just be on their own there. He may have had low self esteem because of being rejected by adopted parents and his real parents and the fact he isint a us citizen so he doesn't belong there. I identified with Matthew so much living in the USA I grew up here but im from Mexico, im not Mexican enough because I didnt grow up there but im not American enough because I don't look the part, its like an identity crisis and to many they are just looking for a place to belong, to be wanted.
