2025-08-16 23:42:48 +0000 UTCI keep falling asleep trying to get through this movie with you guys. Carpenter had no desire to write this movie and it shows. He had no ideas and was uninspired. He just forced it out because the studio wanted a sequel quickly. I think he knew it was bad and refused to direct it. The entire movie is the soundtrack with occasional dialogue. There's no real action, all the kills are so silent and fast none of the victims even scream except for the girl getting her face boiled off. It's just a quiet, boring movie.

2025-08-14 18:48:47 +0000 UTCJimmy is in the Ambulance with Laurie in the deleted scene which was restored in the ultimate version. Michael Myers was a played by different actor in part 2....in the original he was played by Nick Castle in Part 2 was played by Dick Warlock (who is one of the cops in the movie). Laurie being the sister was made up by John Carpenter he didnt wanted to do a sequel. Shes wasnt ment to be the sister. I wonder if Roxy and Tara will do Halloween 3 season of the witch that will be interesting to see their reaction...definitely a very underrated movie.
