Redesign WIPs

Unfortunately i got hit with a nasty headache yesterday so I couldn't work on very much, so far I just have these. I'll probably work on the human lady first since she's loaded with more plot relevance and I have a big big fondness for her. The Shrike girl on the left will come after. Both are for the same narrative Aza inhabits
