Charlotte is here, in life she is a doctor so she knows her name doesn't appear a large number of time in the selection machine. But she is not here hoping to save her life, she is here to let her rage known. She raises her hand and scream " I volunteer" hands up wearing the mocking jay sign !
Everyone looks back and see a buffed hard young lady. She has no family, no attached people except a few booty calls (she got needs). No one really knows her except her patients, everyone is kind of surprised cause she always wears thick doctor outfits.
In the same time another voice can be heard in the crowd !
