The premise for the encounter is that Veledar is being held captive by an underground ceullus sex ring. The group is planning to infiltrate, free the dragon and stop the ceullus. However arc is to be posing as a latest captive, sex slave to be bought and traded. Since he cant lie...They actually doing it.
Once inside the place, arcturus will remove poison and they can get to rescue his dragon. in the meantime, hes going to be blissed out on his two hunky ceullus friends.
