Some people might not be notified about updates
Added 2025-01-26 15:49:27 +0000 UTCA few people have told me that they haven't been receiving notifications about my HF Patch updates. If you did not receive any updates in the past month you are affected - there were updates on 4th (KK HF Patch), 14th (KKS HF Patch), and 24th (HC HF Patch).
Unfortunately I don't know why this is happening. Check your notification settings on Patreon, and if you're relying on e-mail notifications then check your spam folder.
Are there any alternatives?
Yes, you can also receive notifications in different ways outside of Patreon:
Follow the HF Patch RSS feed (all patch updates/releases, only torrent links).
If you have a GitHub account you can watch my repositories for new releases. You can find a list of all HF Patch repositories here or on my GitHub page.
Check for my releases on Discord server for your game (at the moment two servers: Koikatsu and IllusionSoft).
I'll look into creating more ways of getting updates about new HF Patches. If anyone has any idea about what is happening, please let me know in the comments or DMs.

So far I still didn't find the cause of the updates not going out to everyone. Some people do receive them, and new post notifications seem to go out to everyone. If you're not getting patch updates through e-mail, you can try following this guide https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003578386-I-m-not-getting-emails-from-Patreon If it doesn't help, try opening a support ticket to make sure patreon is more aware of the issue.

2025-01-30 00:48:04 +0000 UTCI check this box every time, and I'm subscribed to my own updates. That way I can verify that the notification e-mail gets sent, which it does every time.

2025-01-26 19:20:13 +0000 UTCDidn't expect enter to send the post. Guess they went the chat box used in something like Discord. Hopefully it's just a case of that was defaulted to checked for you, and some random update to the site now defaults to it being unchecked, or worst case, they removed that feature, and you need to make a new post for every update. One other person I support never used that checkbox, and I never see updates about bug fixes on the current Patreon release of the game they're working on.

2025-01-26 16:20:24 +0000 UTCI think when you update a post, there's something you need to have switched on or checked for Patreon to send a notification, otherwise, it just updates the post, and if no one manually looks at it, they won't know it was updated. Seeing as the last post you made was Sep 8, 2024 (with my membership level at least), I believe this is what is happening.
